Great service and great location. The staff is always so so friendly and upbeat. They work hard out there in the heat. They always do a great job scrubbing down my car first before it moves into the wash. I love having my unlimited membership where I can go as much as I like!

Just took my son’s mustang to get it washed. The first set of brushes started hit the car pretty hard and then the next thing I see is the brush tripping my driver’s side mirror right off the door. Supposedly the manager says they are not responsible for damages but asked me if I was a member prior to say that. An he had the audacity to say he can give me a free 2months membership. The thing is I replace those mirrors less than 2 years ago and he had the nerve to say because of the age of the car was the reason it broke off. I have taken it numerous car washes never had my mirrors broke off. Don’t take you car here you have a better chance and better quality of service the other car washes

The old white dude at the wash asked me to turn my wheels and then got mad at me for turning my wheels and yelled at me because I wasn’t turning them the way he was asking me to (???). I will absolutely never be returning to this location.

Terrible drive through and staff. Scratched my rim and all the employees said, Is i can ask the manger to check the cameras. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

I come her every week to wash my truck but this time I'm disappointed the truck stayed dirty I had to wash it by hand at home . because I was not going to pay 9 again.which it should of done the job the first time.js

It's ok but the tire shine only sprayed half my tires on all 4 that I paid for. The roller brushes were a little rough on my drivers side mirror. Even though I tucked them in it pulled it out in the other direction to where I thought it was broken. Rolled down the window and tucked it back but it did it again. Didn't know my mirror would even go in that direction. On a positive note the vacuuming is amazing!!! Best suction I've ever seen at a car wash. The facility is very clean. Not I'll be back because it might break my side mirror.

Best car wash I've been to. The picture I posted is the hood of my truck. No water spots, and the truck comes out gleaming everytime. I went ahead and took advantage of the monthly pass and will be a lifetime customer. Only draw back, is I wish they had more locations. But then again I don't mind the drive.

I “WAS” a loyal customer until I purchased a membership special they had going on a month ago one of their employees was putting on the sticker on my truck and messed up the tint I had on the windshield. He stated his supervisor would be calling me…its been a month and no one has reached out. I’ve left multiple voicemails on the phone number they have in their website still no reply. They’re being shady. I’m disappointed.

I visited the Culebra location and a young gentleman named Lucian is the reason I'll be coming back. Not only was he knowledgeable about what the car wash had to offer, his customer service was on point, it was extremely hot out, but he was extremely helpful in any questions i had and exceeded my expectations. I like this place a lot. The tunnel does an awesome job cleaning the vehicle. It really hits all the spots and even the tires. To top it off, free vacuums and blowing gun. That's really cool. They have cleaning towels for the interior and a station to wash your mats. Fantastic!! It can get a little busy and full but it's worth the wait in my opinion. They sell 3 different packages plus a monthly pass. I've tried a couple of other ones in town. So far this is hands down the best one. They open at 8am to 8pm during the week. If I recall correctly, it closes a little earlier on the weekend (7pm and 6pm I think ) Give it a shot!! Btw, I recommend going early to make the most of it. Good Luck!!!

I have used this car wash for years. I went yesterday and during the wash my passenger side mirror was flipped back. It happens so I thought nothing of it as i was in the way home. When I got home and went to flip the mirror back, I saw my bumper was hanging off! I only live about a mile from the car wash and nothing happened on the way home. I am pissed. I noticed the rollers were hitting my car a little hard but i thought maybe it read a different material than previously. I'm i didn't go back because i was able to put it back in place but it isn't secure. I didn't go back because I drove off. After this month I'm canceling my membership. I have a 2023 Toyota Camry no accidents or anything. It's parked in a covered parking space and maybe gets driven once a week so I know it wasn't like that when I left home. I would have seen it in the side mirror. I didn't even take pictures because I panicked. Never again!

I Had a subscription to Scrub a doo since it first opened but it has gone downhill so I cancelled it. Leaves water spots and soap stains and does not clean the wheels at all. Subscription is also a trap because you cannot cancel it online - dishonest. Poor management and lack of maintenance caused it's decline. I no longer recommend this car wash. Too bad, the attendants are pretty nice and always friendly.

I’ve been with them since they first opened. Sadly, after years of being a loyal customer, I had to cancel today because my property was damaged and there was zero resolution in them trying to fix their mistake. I have had the SAME awning on my 4Runner for years and have gone through the wash with no problems. I was given the “OK” from the front desk to have a membership there. The techs have always adjusted the machine to the correct settings and there was never an issue; however, I went in last week and the worker (who looked irritated and rolled his eyes) didn’t set the settings correctly and my entire awning was ripped right off. The awning got entwined with the string and it literally lifted my 4Runner off the tracks and the entire struck felt like it was going to flip. I got a call that nothing can be done to fix my property. So just a fair warning to anyone that has ANY accessories on their vehicle, DON’T go here if you want your property ripped clean off!!

I had a terrible experience with A.J. today. I get my wife's cadillac cleaned here, and it does a decent job. Brought in my Tahoe today, got the $30 package, wheels came out dirty and filthy. Went into office and tried to explain to A.J. the problem, he began to try to explain to me that not all vehicles come out clean, and that I would just have to get down there and clean them. I asked him what is point of paying extra for tire and wheel cleaner, if I'm going to have to clean them anyway. I explained to him that at the entrance to wash are pressure washers and hoses that spray out soap on each side to help with cleaning vehicles, that instead of just sitting in office and watching the game, he needs to stop making excuses, and go out and take care of the customers. Explained to him that this is how this business is going to be successful, not by making excuses but instead, getting out of the office and taking care of the customers. He replied that he was not going to clean my wheels, so i asked him to give me a refund for Tahoe, which he did. I asked him where was the Mgr., he replied that he was in Austin for the Fomula One races. He turned around and continued watching football game. I was so offended by his attitude that I also cancelled my wife's cadillac account. The only way to grab the business owner's attention is to start cancelling your accounts, that way he will realize that people like A.J. do not belong in sales office dealing with customers. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and will never frequent this business again. I am providing pictures of wheels after going thru wash twice and asking A.J. to please use pressure washer. Notice the dirty wheels and also notice that there is no armor all on tires, even though I paid for it.

The place was great when it first opened. However the washing has been bad it leaves spots and it doesn't fully clean the vehicle. Vacuums are weak and the towels set out smell moldy. Use to go often when it was worth it,but now this place has gone done hill.

My absolute favorite place to wash my vehicles. The monthly membership is worth it if you come at least twice a month. My Yukon is always sparkling clean because of Scrub-A-Doo! The vacuums are powerful and the staff is nice. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else I am a Scrub-A-Doo loyal customer! Watch me drive away with a shiny vehicle and a big smile! Like a BOSS 😎

Been using this car wash for a year now I've had pretty good experiences with the employees they even gave me a scrubadoo car air freshener for my car an employee had also showed me how to clean my car Matt's with the machine they have available I've had good experiences with this location up until this morning I had went and pulled up straight to the vaccumes an employee walked up to me and said I cannot vacuum unless I buy a wash but he was very rude and I've never had an employee tell me that all the times that I had went to go vacuum my car when I let him know that I have been here before plenty of times and that that has never been ran by me he said he don't know what to tell me what a goofy employee he did not let me know about the prices for a wash nor tried to negotiate and resolve the issue very rude will not be going here anymore.
