I like that they winter hours. There is a brush and bucket you can scrub the bugs off your lights before you enter 5the car wash. The price range is manageable, I think for any budget. I do the recurring monthly pays and I really dig just driving up, and going right in. My grand daughter is calmed by the smells and colors of the carwash. Vacuums have strong suction. And if you catch the right attendant, there's a young man that attends Austin peay he is awesome, he actually uses the hose on the back. Wish they had one of those mat cleaners.😄

Didn’t have the pre wash bucket because they were out of the chemicals according to the attendant. The truck was just as dirty coming out as going in! $20 for nothing!

Not a good car wash, first time going in yesterday. Good customer service though and they let me go through again later in the day to see if it would get my SUV cleaned more thoroughly. Still after 2x going through the back of my SUV was still dirty and the sides not thoroughly cleaned. Never been through a car wash where it didn't thoroughly clean my car, very strange. The staff were really nice and the vacuum was great for cleaning up the inside of my car.

Apathetic employees, literally waited for them to finish their inside time before they came out to start the car wash. They never spay the numbers or windshield any more so bugs are still there.

Update….you still pay for things you don’t get, cost is higher now, and the kids they hire to help are so bad…they never spray your car with water just flag you in and go back to sitting on their phones…. Everytime I go, I do the managers special which offers a ton of features and options, but I feel like it’s the exact same as the basic cheap wash. I’d like to know why I always pay more to get the tire shine and the light never goes on and my tires are always dirty. Will just wash my car myself, only positive is unlimited vacuums.

It's convenient for me and the basic wash is a good deal. Attendants could be more attentive. Half the time the don't spray the front. There are better washes but you'll pay more.

Didn’t really clean the car. The attendant that was on his phone signaling me to enter the wash, led me straight into the bumper that pushed me onto the track.

Screaming Eagle Car Wash is the worst car wash chain in the city. On multiple occasions, I have had to go through twice to get the soap off my car. I know multiple people who have been stuck in the tunnel when the car wash broke down. I recommend virtually any other car wash in Clarksville. Even the newest location on Tiny Town was broken down when I tried to go there about a month ago. The only reason I go there is because my company has a contract with them for our corporate vehicles, so I have to go there.

Used to love this car wash but it’s gone downhill in the past year yet the prices have increased. It’s now $8 for a basic car wash but it doesn’t get the car clean at all. They no longer spray the bumpers either. Not worth the money at all. Car comes out just as dirty as it went in , with smear marks and dirt still all over the vehicle.

Went through the new car wash at the corner of Rafiki Drive and Tiny Town, at 1105 Folly Beach Drive. The car wash tore the window spoiler off the back glass. Management refuses to cover the repairs, "They have a sign posted on the building" , of course it is only visible after you pay and advance toward an attendant that is directing you to allign your vehicle. Very deceptive practice! Why not post the sign where you pay? I advise everyone to stay away from this franchise. Come next election, I also advise everyone to vote for someone else besides the owner!

Waste of money. The soap dispenser on the driver side never sprayed and half the brushes did not work. The whole inside of the wash is dirty.

What the most expensive car wash gets you. Waste of time and money. The bug sprayer was out of order and the mat beater made the car mats smell like dog poop and I didn’t even want to put them back in my car. Would love to hear from a manager I am very disappointed.

Do not come here with any type of nice clothes. So no stoping from work or on your way to an event; if you want to use the vacuums. The tubing for the vacuum is covered in Black soot. You can imagine not knowing this could lead to you having black streaks on your pants, shoes, etc. Thank you for not only ruining my outfit, but also ruining my day.

Will go back. No long lines. Took my 2003 low-mileage Thunderbird convertible there for the 1st time. No damage. Left streak free and dry. No odd sounds when being pulled through. See my video to trust how nice this car wash is. Recommend to all. It is 30 minutes from my house and it will be my go-to for at least now. It is also a few minutes from Tennova Hospital. Try it out if you arebin the area.

My vehicle was damaged at the car wash on tiny town back on May 11, 2024. I informed the team there that day and I was told someone would reach out. To date, management still has not reached out to me. I have emailed, called, went in multiple times and still have not heard from the manager. From the beginning, they had just put my info on a yellow paper before finally having me file out an incident report weeks after the event. I was then told that the manager came and collected all the reports and that it would be filed with insurance. I called on 3 July and was told the manager was on vacation but would reach out the following Monday and to resend him the email I had send after the incident. No call, email or anything. Went back yesterday and evidently there was another gentleman that does business with them that was looking for him too but was told he was out putting out signs. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have had in my 37 years.

Out of 10 washes, 8 will be perfect to what you pay for. However, they have issues from time to time where either a certain sprayer or brush set won't be working. There's really no interaction with the staff besides guiding you in but when you do need them they are friendly and helpful. Vacuums are good, no issues and plenty of stations. They have a prep area with a bucket of soap water and a brush to use. It's not always out though. Pricing is reasonable, depends what level of clean you want. They offer different plans and options. If you are a frequent washer, it's better and recommended to get a monthly plan. + Prep area (when out and available) + Good service overall + Good clean when all is working properly + Good vacuums + Offer different pricing plans/options - Wish they offered towels and/or floor mat cleaners. - Car wash equipment failure 4/5 stars. Recommended.

Thank god club car wash is here. The last 4 times ive come here they didnt attempt to spray the bugs off my grill and the last time they used their hand held brush on my PAINT. I have easily spent over $300 in carwashes here this year alone just for them to practically key my car with their dirty brush.

Don’t waste your time or money here. The young, male attendant, who is usually the only one there when I’ve visited, can’t even be bothered to properly line you up into the track and just rushes you forward. Has no regard for your vehicle and clearly doesn’t want to be there. My car doesn’t always come out clean either. That’s fine, I’d recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

Car wash was fine but the young kids that work here are more worried about what is on their phones than the customers. Barely stick 1 foot out the door just to get you lined up and then just run back inside to play on their phones. I mean, at least make sure that when it grabs my car, everything goes well.

Don’t visit unless you want your car DAMAGED!! I visited the car wash after a camping trip, and their rotating brush scratched through my paint to the metal on my 1-year-old car. Took pictures and completed their insurance form before I left the property— their employee on site even told me that it was likely the machine I’d pointed out to her because it had just been broken and repaired, which I didn’t know before I pointed that specific machine out. That wash was three weeks ago today. I’ve been fighting with their management ever since. I get accidents happen but I’ve lost my patience. Since the wash they’ve tried ignoring me, pretended that they didn’t see the damage form I completed before leaving the property (which I luckily took a photo of before leaving), and have tried to get me to open a claim on my own insurance just to talk to their insurance agent. It is a $1K quote estimate to repair the paint and the collision company I visited for a repair quote even confirmed that a brush damaged the car, not road debris. At this point I’m opening a complaint with the BBB and will go to small claims court, if necessary. AVOID COMING TO THIS WASH!!! Ps, I ordered the manager special, and it still didn’t get all of the bugs off my front bumper.
