$6 basic wash and we were in and out in just a few minutes. The car was pre-treated as we were rolling in which got all the bugs to come off. Love the soft cloth system and the turbo drying nozzles were so strong I thought the windows were going to blow in :) Great value for a quick cleaning.

We went here for the first time ever, as we are new to the area. The kid that is working today 10/7/18 at 12:47pm was the most unprofessional person I have ever met!!!! He was standing outside the car wash on his phone. We pulled up to the entrance she didn’t even flag us in stood there talking on his phone. He barely sprayed our car didn’t tell us when to stop or if we were even on the tracks. Sprinkled a little bit of soap and walked away. Again on his phone!!! EXTREMELY unprofessional! I feel bad for the owner of this place because this person is not representing the company very well at all.

This is by far the absolute best dive-through car wash in town no doubt. I have been there probably 10-12 times. Each time I am more & more happy with how clean my vehicle is after the wash. There are also a TON of free vaccums to use after u get it wash. I very highly recommend & I know I won't ever go to a different car-wash, if that tells you anything. Lol.

This was my first time ever using this car wash. Second time ever using a car wash. My tire ended up popping and I didn't realize until I starting using their vacuum. I had assumed it was because of my crappy tires but they staff was super kind and investigated to make sure they were not responsible. Which was very nice of them. Then the manager came down. He checked my tire found that a screw punctured it. Even though it was my fault he made me feel better about the situation and made it right. Words cannot express how kind and generous the staff and management was. I normally don't do reviews but today I had to so everyone can know that this business is filled with amazing people . Thank you Screaming Eagle Car Wash. I will be back :)

Car wash is good, but the hired help leaves something to be desired. They rarely check to see if the rear window wiper is covered properly. As a result, mine got ripped off. Now I just have to put it on myself before I go through the wash. Update: The manager called and apologized and said he would talk to the employees about their duties. I will update again after a few more washes to see if it helped.

I used this car wash last week, it didn’t even clean my windshield of my car. So when the person working there came outside I tried speaking to him but he kept walking away as I think he had air pods in. So the next day I called the business and left a voicemail asking if they could let me run my car through again as I paid for the most expensive car wash. Days later nothing they never tried to reach out or call. What’s the point of spending tons of money on a. Car wash and it doesn’t even do the basics. Bad customer service and wasted money will not return.

Paid for the most expensive wash, after it was done I stepped out to see how well it did. It didn't. At all. Windshield was completely filthy still, wheels looked like the wash didn't even touch them? And so many spots on my truck that still had dirt, and what not all over it. When I confronted the workers there, although they did give me a free wash and were courteous, I was advised to go to the buckets they have out with a brush and soap to get the spots the car wash didn't get because apparently they currently have an issue with the car wash not washing correctly. Ended up basically washing the car myself... Pretty disappointed.

Went in for a car wash, paid 25.00 for the ceramic extreme wash. Got into the wash, brushes barely touch the vehicle on one side. At the end the cloths that's dry the car were broken. The cloths for the too were able to roll and dry the hood, top and rear but the side rollers were tied up with bungee cords and ratchet straps. Once we got out of the wash, pulled over to the vacuum station. There were about 25 post for hoses, but only 8 or 9 hoses with working vacuumes attached. I wil never go back to this car wash. Roller wheels in the wash were so squeaks, I was worried we wouldn't make it through before the bet broke to pull us thru. So pathetic. Pay so much money for a janky wash. See ya screaming eagle. Lost another customer.

No good. Brushes at the Ft Campbell location are so worn out that the entire passenger side of the vehicle was untouched. Informed the attendants and was told there was no way to inform owner or manager. I’m sure they’re happy about taking my $12 though. So much for supporting locally owned.

Was a customer for about 3 years. I was charged $63 a few weeks ago and they also charged me $30 on the same day. I called, and nobody could help me get a refund for the $30. I disputed the transaction with my bank, and I Won. My unlimited washes for 31 days stopped and my barcode on the windshield stopped working. This place is now a SCAM. IM NEVER RETURNING AGAIN

Honestly just go to a newer one, I went here and some feature was broken and all the stuff inside was extremely dirty and even had mold inside. One side of my car was cleaned more then the other like my left side it untouched, top it all off the old roller from the machine cleaner took paint off my hood. As if I couldn’t get more upset I went to use the vacuums and both vacuums on the side of my car didn’t work at all. This place is either old and out dated severely or the owner just doesn’t take care of the equipment at all. Please just go to a different car wash there are 2 brand new ones down the road save your car the trouble of getting scratched up

Worst car washing experience ever. $16.99 managers special was disappointing. Vaccums barely worked. I could’ve used better judgement once I pulled on the lot, no attendants readily available, so we were stuck at the kiosk for a moment until it decided it wanted to work😩

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE its too expensive, I got the month because its nearly the same price, there is no break down in detail as to what the difference is in packages, the guy never sprayed the car, we didnt get a sticker, then the car wash itself was not on so we got a half wash. It left my car dirty, flipped my mirror in, and I Will Never Be Back.

I ordered the $25 ceramic wash and jazz because why not?? Well I was waiting and the chain broke. Employee moved his truck and had me get out of line.. how do I get my $25 car wash at another location? Or am I just eating that!? I hurantee the bearded guy with the dodge truck remembers moving for the black Ford taurus..
