They detailed my car in Paradise Valley. It took me a while to find a company I could trust with my Range Rover SVR. These guys went above and beyond. Being a mobile car detailer they have their own de-ionized water and electricity on board so they did not have to use my resources and allowed me to move have the detail completed in the street instead of my driveway. Super convenient. Look forward to hiring them again for regular maintenance.

Top tier customer service! Steve is an absolute gem. He was prompt, professional and friendly from the moment I contacted him. His work was completed efficiently with attention to detail. The transformation of the interior of my car exceeded all expectations, it looked brand new! Steve went above and beyond what I asked for, ensuring that everything was clean, vacuumed and polished. CAUTION: DO NOT PAY CASH UP FRONT. They came 3 hours late from our appointment time for a detailing on our Dodge Ram. We were quoted at $250 "for that size of vehicle". My husband specified that the rims needed some extra attention but was not able to stay for the duration of the cleaning (because they were 3 hours late) so paid up front and left them to complete the job. What he came back to was some shampooed and vacuumed upholstery and an exterior "rinse" worse than a drive through wash would do. A few pieces of trash that were still in the truck were left on the driveway next to it. When called to find out what happened, they would not answer the phone but texted that they would come the next day to finish the job. They never came back. When called the next day, we were ignored. What a horrible experience we had with these thieves, DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

This business without a doubt has given me the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car detailer, it’s not even a comparison. It was genuinely embarrassing how unprofessional Scottsdale Auto Detailing was. Please know that if you choose to use this business, you need to expect horrible detailing services and significantly below average customer service. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Simply being punctual was too much of an ask for Scottsdale Auto Detailing. Here’s my story. I spoke with the supervisor, John, on the phone and he told me originally they would be at my house at 5:30pm to detail my car. Keep in mind, I was on a tight schedule to get my car detailed before my windows got tinted at 9:30am the next day, which I made very clear to John. I chose to use this business because they GUARANTEED they could finish the job prior to my window tinting the next day. Although I was promised an ETA of 5:30pm, they constantly kept pushing it back further and further. They finally showed up almost 2 hours later. After being at my house for less than 5 minutes, the detailer then proceeded to tell me that “it’s too dark outside to detail the car.” Even though that’s not my fault he was late, and I was told that they use flood lights for those situations and that it wouldn’t be a problem. Then, the detailer tells me he’ll come to my house at 7am the next day to get the detail done before the window tinting. I’m sure you guessed it, more and more excuses came flooding through. The detailer don’t show up until 8:40am, giving him a whopping 50 minutes to complete a full interior / exterior detail before the window tinting. At that point, I knew it was impossible for one person to do all of that work in that little amount of time. I told him to just do an interior detail and ignore the exterior since he was running out of time. But wait, it gets worse. The detailer rings my doorbell and lets me know when he’s done. I paid him, tipped him, and he went off on his way. Finally, after the window tinter was finished, I was able to pull my car out of the garage and see the detailer’s work. Without question it was the worst job I’ve ever seen. I can go on and on about how terrible their quality of work is, but I highly recommend looking at the pictures I added. They didn’t clean out my trunk, or clean under my seats, or wash my floor mats. There was still dust everywhere. After everything was said and done, I tried calling the supervisor John back multiple times over the course of multiple days to discuss this situation and ask for my money back. But they would not answer any of my calls. It’s almost like they knew they did a terrible job and ghosted me. I strongly suggest avoiding this extremely unprofessional business at all costs. Scottsdale Auto Detailing made my entire experience a massive headache and I genuinely wish I never paid for their services. I can’t believe I tipped the guy either without checking his work first. This business didn’t deserve a single penny out of my pocket, and they don’t deserve any out of yours either. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET USING THEM.
