Business is a scam. On the morning of my detail, they cancelled due to a plumbing emergency. OK, they happen. On the next scheduled day, Summit just didn't arrive at all. Since then I have requested refunds 2 or 3 times and finally today I needed to file a dispute. Very Poor.

Unfortunately our truck was not detailed as expected. After 450.00 keys were left in the truck and we were told it was done by text. I thought this was strange as most people want to come get you and show off their work. I was told to make them aware if there was any additional areas I had concerns of. Upon driving home my interior windshield was never cleaned at all. The dash cluster had streaks, runnning boards never cleaned, wheel wells never cleaned, bed of truck not swept out or cleaned, camper shell windows not cleaned, details of trim folds not cleaned, driver side mirror not cleaned. Mind you this was there premium detail I paid for. I attempted calling and texting politely multiple times all with no response. This would be the equivalent of taking your car to mister car wash and then having them wipe down and vacuum the inside. No detail work done even though when asked my expectation I said if I went to a used car lot and bought a truck I would want it to look new like as if they were selling it to me. I believe this company works on very new or slightly dirty vehicles which are much easier to clean perhaps. Most expensive detail I have ever paid for and worst end result.

UPDATE: After doing this review, he never returned to do the final wash or to fix all the swirl marks from the initial coat he put on. I have called and texted numerous times with no response. So I am driving around a brand new EXPENSIVE truck with swirl marks all over it. To say I am upset is an understatement!!!!!!! Ashton did a phenomenal job on my truck! I bought a brand new all blacked out truck and was worried about how hot it would get in this New Mexico heat in the summer. Also being black, in the desert, it just never stayed clean so now all I have to do is literally just wipe it off and it looks brand new! He did such a good job we are doing my RV next!!!!! Thanks again and I would highly recommend Sandia Summit for any vehicle detailing work.
