I have been purchasing tires from here 3 sets of 4 tires so far and this year will be the 4th. I have never had problems, when I scheduled an appoinment, they always started on time and had the car ready within or before I was told. I even had a tire sensor replaced cheaper than other places, it was delayed but I was always informed and it was replaced quick when they go it. Overall, when I have talked to them it has been smooth. While it is not the fanciest place to get a tire, they get it done.

Brought a used car that came with winter and summer tires. Sams refused to switch the them because I didn’t buy the tires from their place, even though I have bought tires FROM THEM for other cars in the past. Really disappointing.

It took 3.5 hours to put new tires on my vehicle. Additionally they broke one of my TPMS sensors during the installation. They told me they replaced the sensor and the tire pressure light on my car will go out after about 20 mins of driving. It did not. Went in to have them fix it, however, they did not have the sensor in stock. I was told they would call me in 3-4 days to schedule a replacement. I never received a call from them. Went in to see what was going on, and they had sold the sensor to a different customer. Then they tried to say it was my responsibility. Really poor customer service all 3 times I visited with 3 different staff members.
