Waited for help at the jewelry section and no help. I scanned the QR code and still no help. I waited for 20 minutes even thought the website said help was on the way and had multiple employees walk past me yet no help. I’ve had lots of good experiences with sam’s club so this was very upsetting.

Just had a less than acceptable experience with customer/members services here at the Wichita Falls Sam's Club. I was trying to find why the $600 item I purchased and was promised two day delivery had not even shipped. The phone rang for 5 minutes, I gave up. Called back...rang for 12 minutes finally answered. Me "Wow that was a long wait." Sams "I shouldn't have answered, I'm busy. What do you want." Me "Great customer service, good bye." The Sam's Club Store Manager followed up with me and has made this into a much better experience. It was not an example of the service I had experienced before at Sam's.

I love Sam’s but they are always out of important things that restaurants need, rather it be food or just paper goods. Always OUT sooo disappointing 😔

Kaci was a huge help to me today. She helped me get scan & go completed on my phone. I don't want to see check out lanes go away, so I had not used scan & go until today. I typically use self check out, never had an issue until my last visit. I missed scanning one item. I was flabbergasted, horrified, embarrassed.....insert additional adjectives here ..... and decided that my age had finally caught up with me! Scan & Go should help my not forget to scan items in the future. But, I still like the interaction with the associates during the check out process. With all of that confessed, I noticed Kaci in the clothing area. I asked if she could help me for a minute. She happily walked me through the entire process so that I could successfully complete my transaction on my phone, explaining each step in a kind and caring tone. In the process she kept an eye on her assigned department to which, I said if she needed to help another customer, she certainly could. She didn't leave me until I was completely finished. I thanked here and went on out the exit with no mishaps. Thank you Kaci for being kind and very helpful. P.S. She deserves a raise!

I go to Sam's every other Sunday with my family. We have a business and generally offer a lot of things for free delivery, but the things they don't we end up shopping for in person. They tend to always have everything we need, but dropping a star because they are leaning more towards self check out instead of checkers. This is a large inconvenience to my family because we have a business account and pay with check for our 2+ flatbed worth of supplies. It would be nice to see more than 1-2 checkers, or even a dedicated business isle.

So you don’t need a membership anymore to eat at the cafe BUT they’re not accepting card anymore, scan and go only but you have to have a membership to use scan and go? or wait in the line to buy it at a register and show them a receipt? what a joke . expect to stay at sam’s to eat as if you’re eating at a restaurant to jump through their hoops 😂

Rude if u a delivery driver…I scanned the QR code and Nicole came with an attitude….i would have let it go but then she started talking crap about me to the frito lay driver…like why have a QR code if y’all just gonna get mad when a driver scans it

I am so disappointed in Sam's Club!! Since the club has stopped accepting cash at the snack bar I have seen MANY Senior Citizens sadly walk away because they can no longer pay cash for an inexpensive lunch unless they have the app. MOST do not know how to add an app to their "not so smart" phones, or just do not want to have apps on their phones. COME ON SAM'S - why is paying in cash such an issue that you had to do away with it???

Update 9/4/25 Nice well stocked clean store transitioning from summer to fall and Christmas, good bargains if you pay attention and shop on summer close outs. We ran in for a few items and the store was well stocked, plenty of staff at the registers. The gas prices are the lowest in town for members . Very pleased with this store and the way it's run. Well stocked surprisingly the store wasn't crazy with people, but it was Valentine's day.

Service here has went down hill. Went to get an extra card cause I lost mine. So I couldn't cause my husband was account holder. Bring my husband i forgot my id. So he said can you just issue me another card. They said no, no reason as to why. Then after shopping we go to Cafe for drinks, we are turned away cause we don't have app. Was told to go back to registers a print a receipt and come back. You already know how long these registers are. Are they trying to push us toward app. Wish we had Costco

Cashless Store. If you want to pay with cash, your subjected to ONE checkout line and same goes if you want to use cash to eat in their food line. You must go stand in line else where. Inconvenience to a their game.

Cafe makes you use the scan and go app, if you have cash you have to wait in a different line, then you still have to wait in the cafe line to show them you ordered, and your name. Then, they give you attitude like you should have already known this. The icing on the cake, staff told me they’re are planning a remodel and they’re removing the checkout lines and making everything scan and go app, you will NOT be able to use cash anymore.

Cafe now requires you use the app to order. It makes the whole process slower than faster. You still have to stand in line after you use the app so it's only in inconvenience. At least if going to bother customers with using the app, make it more convenient, just call out the names or order number, why stand in line!!!???! Management, STOP forcing this technology when it's NOT adding any convenience to customers. It's convenient for the company not for customers.

I have Sam's Club batteries in my R. V that were purchased at a Sam's Club. I need new ones and the Wichita Falls. Sam club said they don't do RV batteries. Well, my question, is this? How the hell did those batteries get in my RV ? I know I've owned it since those batteries were put in and I didn't install them.So sam's club at another location did put them in very disappointed that sam's club is not consistent

They are trying so hard to push customers to the self checkout. There are 4 people watching the self checkout, while only one single lane is open with a person. There are 7 people now waiting for the single register. Yet the store employee tells me that the self check out is the only thing that we customers care about.... I've called the store number 3 times now and had not one single person even answer....

I was in store specifically to price one item, grab a hot dog and a drink. When it came time to order and pay I was instructed by the cashier to use the “app”. I had no idea Sams club had done away with cash. Cashier clarified they (food area) no longer accept cash at all. Very disappointing! I did as he requested and went about my day. Today I decided I would “cancel” my membership. I log in to the Sams app attempting to do so. Big fail! No option! Sams app does not allow me to remove my debit card on file! I then call the Wichita Falls store for assistance, Rosa at the service desk tells me I need to go in person to remove the card and close my account. This is absolutely ridiculous! I do not live in Wichita Falls. If Sams club went “cashless “, wanted customers to use the app, why the heck should all these changes not be done in the app as they wanted?? I am a very unsatisfied customer. As of now I am on my second 30 minute call to their “home office “ with still no answer. If my account gets charged a membership fee Sams club will be responsible for the fee and any fees included. I am extremely disappointed in Sams club and the way they are doing business. Cashless options is ruining your business! Signed, Soon to be non member!

Last year, even to walk into Sam’s was a disaster too crowded not enough checkout lanes. Staff looked overtired this year as a friendly environment. I take it they under new management whatever every day did it’s much better. Only thing I don’t like about the Sam’s is when you go to the food court, you have to have a card you should be able to pay with card or cash so if you get thirsty, you can buy soda or have a shake as well the AI machine is very helpful if you ask them to load your car, they will. It’s very helpful. Thank you for that Sam’s club.
