Hi, I went to Sam lemans to purchase a car and I found one but what they didn’t mention that the car is totally broken down and had many problems so I took it in to their shop to fix it and I also had purchased the warranty which I pay 158.88 a month and everything on that warranty doesn’t cover any of it which is frustrating after how much I have to pay a month for that warranty. My experience at Sam Leman of Peoria was great! On my first phone call to inquire about a heavy duty Dodge ram pickup I was put in contact with one of their salesman named Ryan Gaines. He answered all the questions concerning the vehicle that I had spotted online. I was able to drive down there yet that day and Ryan had dealer plates on it and the truck ready for a test drive. We took the truck for a drive, came back to the dealership and went inside to talk and work out an agreed upon price. Things were pretty busy while I was there and Ryan was needing to address several things at different times. He balanced it all very well giving time and attention to what we were working on and to other needs as they arose.
