It's always pleasant when coming to Safeway on Constitution Blvd. The people and environment are easy and friendly, no long lines, well stocked usually and very convenient. Shopping center also has a variety of different businesses to accommodate most needs and less the half mile away from a significant park. It reminds me of shopping centers in Lake Tahoe. So when I come through this way, I feel a bit as if I've left Salinas and stepped into an outskirt of Nevada and Truckee.

Small store. lots of sugar, carbs. Deli full of salad and carb items, no veggies. Frozen section good. Friendly staff. Tight parking lot. Carb loaders paradise I suppose. Sad

David, florist section, is a true artist when it comes to putting together flower bouquets! He does everything with great care and joy. He truly goes beyond to make your selection of flowers into a master piece. I hope his managers value him, i know i do thank you❤

This place was awesome until a group of kids with bikes started hanging outside of the store a while ago. They swerve into people and traffic. I also have heard them say racial remarks towards people going in and out the store. Awful look for the store and community based on the fact they still hang around there.

Overall Safeway is a good place to show shop but their Deli department is not great. I am not sure what the deal is every Friday people line up for disgusting food that i tried and will never eat again. Even though it is cheap, it is not healthy and upset your stomach.

Safeway on Constitution is always a good choice for grocery needs. Tend to be pricey in comparison to the stores here on the eastside but always carry items you just can't get anywhere else. Plus if you have the membership and use the app it comes out ok. Always got some great deals when you go in. Stores clean, not usually too packed and items are fairly easy to find. I wish they had better scan code at the location. Of their deals but scanning the item works just as well. I've always enjoyed the store and staff, plus more savings with the attached gas station

The outside front of this store is completely covered in bird droppings. I mean this has got to be how bird flu starts. It's absurd and clearly obvious that management is incompetent. Don't even get me started about what the bathrooms look like. How crazy that Safeway, the grocery store that sells things for twice The price as anywhere else looks 100 times more terrible as anywhere else. What a joke

Honestly, Safeway’s seafood boil from the deli surprised me. The shrimp and crab were seasoned just right, and the portions were more than enough. Tasted fresh, hot, and worth every penny.

The cake that I ordered is not what I received but I had people waiting at my house for my son’s birthday and didn’t have time for another cake very disappointed. I ordered the sonic the hedgehog cake with red frosting around it and happy birthday Nehemiah written on it I got a cake with some ghetto looking edible glitter

The security guard SEBASTIAN treated me with disrespect. I’ve came to this establishment for 20 years and I’ve never been talked to by an employee with just disregard. I arrived over 30 minutes before closing and when I tried to enter, he said they were closed so I went back to my car and noticed he still continued to allow other costumers to enter the building. I went back to the front door to ask why I couldn’t enter and Sebastian belittled me and tried to gaslight me by saying that what I saw what not true to where he then shut the door on my face. I left feeling discriminated against and this visit left a very sour taste in my mouth. Online the store hours states “Open 6am- 2am” and shows the closing hours will not change for November 26th. This is the last place in town open that hundreds of people count on to be open till 2am and as customers we should not be guessing for what time they will be closing there should be a set time that doesn’t change!

Always a beneficial store for cold and flu symptoms showing. The tea selection is absolutely amazing and great meds for over the counter effect that actually works. The sushi is really good too if you love sushi on a rainy day.

I know it's a little pricey and I'm very low income but Safeway is a frequent stop on my shopping route. You can't get better service anywhere and I'm old school.. I love the respect and personal touch they give. It's fun to rummage in the half price boxes in the back and you can always find a good deal on many things.
