You can always expect great service here, and you get it. By the way, the building makeover is fantastic. Every inch, inside and out, has been updated and the customer area is absolutely beautiful. Mark and the rest of the team do a great job of looking after your vehicle. I was an auto tech for 40 years, owned my own auto repair shop for 20 years and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else than here. I highly recommend Safari Automotive.

The last time I went to Nissan they told me I needed new rear brakes on my Rogue, but they did not specify whether I just needed brake pads or rotors as well. I usually go to Nissan for all of my maintenance because I get free oil changes. This time I wanted to try a different shop because the dealership I go to is in Feasterville-Trevose so any type of car maintenance is very time consuming. I saw Safari had good reviews and was right done the street from me so I figured I would check them out. Not only was I able to get an appointment the same day, I was also able to get one 45 minutes after I called! Once I got there I was told it would need brake pads and rotors so it would take a couple hours. It didn't take that long! I also had an issue with one of my TPMS sensors and they were able to take care of that as well. As I was checking out, I decided to ask Alan about my other car. It is rear wheel drive so I normally don't drive it in the winter. Last winter I didn't drive it enough so the battery ended up dying. I was looking into investing into a battery tender, but I was not sure if that would be the best option for me. Alan gave me great advice so other car should start right up when the weather gets warmer. My experience at Safari Automotive Service was awesome! You go to these big dealerships, have an appointment, but spend hours there when you have other things to do. It's ridiculous! Safari got me in and out and was able to give me useful information about both of my vehicles. As far as value goes...you gotta pay to play. Cars are expensive and require routine maintenance in order to keep them running on the road. The staff were friendly and honest which is a breath of fresh air. Sometimes shops try to take advantage of people, but I didn't feel that way with Safari. Another bonus about Safari Automotive Service is that they do auto detailing. I will have to check it out this summer! Thank you Safari Automotive Service for your excellent service!!!

Great staff, I went in last Friday after discovering I had a nail in my rear right tire. Mark helped me out right away with fixing the tire. Without them, I would have been in a bind, unable to use my vehicle for work on the weekend. Thank you again, Safari Automotive. Definitely recommend them!!
