Been here 1hr and my car is still w a sting to exit the wash tunnel! Palmdale needs a better car wash option. If your pressed for time, DON'T COME HERE! Not worth her money, time or tip. I had to borrow the towel from the detail guy cause tge re were a lot of missed spots! Unacceptable!

Today may 9th 2025 had the worst experience here in my history of car washes the guys didn’t even try to vacuum the car or wipe down the inside of car but was thinking the horn crazy to get my attention that they was done spent $40 on wash and tip $10. Very disappointed in my service. Can’t say I would recommend this business to anyone in Palmdale area that needs a wash and clean

They used to clean the interior well now you gotta pay the highest plan for them to try, Came 3 times already, before the posted hours of closing… got turned away or place was closed already way before closing hours… kinda had enough of the place, it used to be good, now they’re slacking… increased prices of plans I understand cause of inflation…

This place it’s very dirty. They doing bullshit job with bullshit management and worker not train completely. I stop going there. I have four cars we use that a lot now it’s completely trash. They do nothing Always be using super wash and when you come out from Car wash car is a lot of water and all over car it’s dirty inside outside 1 star ⭐️ If I have a choice, I give them zero star they losing the client owner need understand or management need to understand the people not stupid suspended $50.40 bucks two car wash then after that you have to clean by yourself.

Came in on a Thursday, my truck took an hour and 15 minutes just to get thru the wash portion of the cycle. My truck then sat in the sun for an additional 20 minutes. Altogether 2 Hrs. They said some employees had gone to lunch. Bull puckey.

They do a good job with the wash, but make sure there is plenty of staff when you show up because we have been sitting here for 45min and the car is still in line. Now for context there were two cars in front of us. The issue is there is only one person washing cars currently.

First time I went to this car wash and it’s the worst. My windows are dirty and opaque , the pictures don’t show it really well but believe me! I’m having a hard time to see, and it’s difficult to remove the opaqueness! Never again I’ll go there!!! We have no idea what chemicals were used on windows and at night it’s difficult to see and it has been 4 days and the opaqueness its still there!

They were my go to place but I guess there’s new management. Over time, the attendants went from doing exceptional jobs on my three cars to me having to go back behind them with the home vacuum over simple stuff they never overlooked. I mentioned it a few times to the people checking you in when they went back but I guess management wasn’t informed. The final straw that made me stop going was: I Paid for full service on my jag and they didn’t do my floor mats, when I told the guy he didn’t do them (a guy I just gave a $5 tip) he told me I didn’t pay for them. They always did them before when I got the full service. That was the last straw for me. Before 2024 and 2025, they were the bomb, whoever was running stuff before then, please come back.

Super friendly employees inside and out. I had them do everything inside & out. They did a wonderful job and it didn't take very long at all. The inside looks wonderful it is a great vacuuming job. A little pricey for my taste, but for the work that was done okay with paying the price.

Went to have my truck washed. They did an amazing job. Incredible attention to detail! My truck looked really good. They do a better job at a lower price than the local competition. I will continue to use their services, and I'll be tipping bigger if this is the consistent level of cleaning. I only had 7 bucks, but the wash and detail of the Royal package are worth more. Very impressed! Thanks, gentlemen and young lady at the register also!

Went on Wednesday for their $9.99 special. Which is just a wash vacuum and wipe down. Got me for an extra $2 bucks for it being a jeep. No air freshener either. Not a real value but no deal breakers. I went after work an hour before closing. It was dark when I left. I trusted them to do a good job or at least decent. Here's what I saw when I got home. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I would never come here again. Left water stains on my front and back bumper as you can see in the picture. After tipping the guy I noticed some sticky stuff on left side of my driver door and the guy who cleaned my car said they are scratches until I grabbed the towel and cleaned it myself. Never again!!! Save your money and call a professional detailer to get a wash.

I will not come here no more I took my truck for a Carwash and the guy didn’t clean the back seats I don’t know how he didn’t clean it and I was in a rush I didn’t check until I was going out n they were close but I’ll will call tommarow and have them clean it for free or give me a discount.

They are very short staffed my car sat in the wash area for over 1 hour before it was ever even dried off! Waiting area is entirely too cold for it to be already 50 degrees outside and its winter time. No car was should take 2 hours

There are bad reviews of this place, but my first time in was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and they were so nice to vacuum my van. It has been driving me nuts! And they listened for the inside. My rims could have gotten a little more attention, that was the reason I got the wash, but ultimately it was still an overall great experience. Wish I came before moving out of the area!

I’ve been coming here for a while now & they do a good job with the washes and cleaning. But please hire employees who know how to handle manual transmission vehicles. As I was waiting I heard and saw them grinding my gears it sounded real bad didn’t even apologize for it. My car ain’t cheap to fix and especially I won’t be paying any damages that was clearly the employees fault.

I wish I can just give no stars. I know my car is not that great looking but I paid $40 for the wash and they didn't even get rid of the residue. Not recommended honestly.
