This may sound dirtball, but I've never had my car washed here. I do use the free vacuums and air nozzle though. Despite never having washed my car here, nobody has ever told me to leave or that I have to buy a car wash to use the vacuums, etc. They let me do my thing and they even ask me if I need anything else. No complaints!

Sensors were off and didn't recognize that my vehicle has entered the wash. I paid, entered the wash as directed by the signs, stopped, put the vehicle in park, and waited. After the gate behind me closed, the lights/screen suddenly went dark and there was no movement or indication showing that the wash was beginning. I've tried reversing and going forward to see if it'll wake the sensors up or trip the sensor but to no avail. The most frustrating part is trying to call the phone number listed on Google Maps but it is a dead signal which clearly hasn't been updated for a long time. I've paid for two washes (one for me and my wife) and we have the receipt but we can't even contact some form of customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Do not use this car wash!! Change machine doesn't work so I used my debit card, charged $10 and the bay never turned on. Called the number on the website and it's for Craig Swapp & Associates!!

The drains in the wash don't drain so you're left standing in a pool of rancid smelling green water while washing your car. Then the pressure washer takes a whole minute to switch to the next step after you press the button, so it wastes the little time you have so you have to pay more money. Then the spot free rinse leaves your car COVERED in water spots unless you dry it very very well. The vacuumes also don't work very well. I was extremely dissatisfied as a first time customer and will never return. I advise you don't make the mistake of visiting like I did.

HWY ROBBERY STAY AWAY RIP OFF!! I don't know if the NO COST water is being recycled after it's being pumped out of the irrigation canals but it smells like a sewer now all over my truck. I had to go to the change machine four times because the timer is twice if not three times faster than any other car wash I've ever been to. So far, from my experience , every Rocky Mountain establishment is trash with no clue about customer service.. I had a bad feeling that's right dropped my quarters the first time and seen the name. I knew right away I was going to get ripped off. ππ

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Machinery is old and did not work for me. Tried using credit card to pay. It took my money but did not turn on the water. No way to contact them. Phone number shown is to legal firm not car wash owners. HARD PASS!

I've been dealing with this car wash for years, but I think I'm done. The only benefits I can see are that it has been the closest car wash to my house, and they don't hassle me when I bring my Jeep in massively muddy. Here's the problem though. You can't wash your car here any more. If you try to use quarters it will PROBABLY work. Even if it does, the water pressure is pretty weak, so you're not going to be blasting anything clean. It's really just for rinsing. Also, the wands usually have the end torn off, meaning you'd better be careful where you swing that thing or you'll end up scratching your car. Here's the thing that did it for me though. They have credit card readers in every bay that basically never work. The last time one of them worked, the button to add $1.00 worth of additional time didnt work, so I had to run my card for another $5 in order to finish rinsing. But today, I tried 2 bays and the card readers were unresponsive in both. That's after pulling my floor mats out and hanging them up and getting all ready to go. Twice I had to abandon the bay, and I decided that's it. No more. If they wont bother maintaining their equipment, they're not getting any more of my money.

This still has to be one of the most reliable, well-rounded and trust worthy car washes in the Treasure Valley. The owner is always there, he maintains the equipment to the best of his ability and I'm pretty sure I've washed every single vehicle I've ever owned at this car wash even when I lived in a different state. A lot of car washes have these gimmicky features where they milk time from the customer by delaying how long it takes for the soap to get there or how long it takes to change over to a different product. NOT this place you pay for 10 minutes you're going to get 10 minutes and you're going to get your soap or whatever product you choose as quickly as the machines can get it out. Its always clean and well kept. 10/10!

Way to expensive to wash truck. Not enough time for the $15.00 charge. Won't be going back.

Your auto car wash would not work when I pulled into it. I had to go use the do it yourself which is fine except I had to pay twice. $10 is what i was charged and what I want refunded but when I call the number goes to a lawyer. What is a correct number to reach you?

STAY AWAY. Car wash is fine but I was overcharged and the phone number listed is fake. Grossly unethical business practice. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and will utilize public records to the fullest extent to ensure accountability is taken for this scam.

Similarly to everyone else I was also overcharged. If you use a card it will charge you $25 and the phone number is fake.

Great selve-serve car wash. I paid $3.75 for a full wash with a clear top-coat to protect my vehicle detailing. Coffee & food truck nearby are a yummy bonus.

Highway robbery! I would give this car wash a zero star. Hadn't visited in about 6 months and was very surprised that the prices has increased exponentially. Spent $15 to only partially wash my car. What used to cost $6 or $7 would now be around $20 - $25. There needs to be clearer messaging as to the price per minute on the card transactions, rather than just "the maximum charge per swipe is $15," by the way you will get there in about 5 - 7 minutes. Adding insult to injury the car wash was out of spray wax, and the spot free rinse is not spot free. Moreover, the building and facility is in decay with parts of the ceiling missing and hanging ready to fall down. This place is a ripoff!

I have never had a problem with a self-serve car wash before but this place was not good. There was some kind of tar-like substance on the cord of the sprayer and I didnβt notice and by the time I was over halfway through I notice black stuff on my hand. And then when I started hand-drying my car with a towel I kept noticing all these waxy black smudges on my car and it took me a while to realize it came from the cord!! And then it got on my jacket too. So seems like theyβre not up on maintaining cleanliness of their car wash. I also went in a porch that had a ton of mud and no one had cleared it so I had to take my shoes off before going in the car. There was black tar substance on my shoes as well somehow. Also I think I left my card there and tried to call and the number is a fake number, like someone else mentioned. I would go to the one off Overland and Maple Grove instead.

I have tried a few touch-free car washes, and honestly, it's the best touch-free car wash that I have been to. Keep in mind it's touch-free, so if I want to wash the car after a road trip, I do pre-soak and scrub the wheels and bugs off before going into the car wash.
