I have shopped at this store for years, and will do so for years to come. They treat me with respect, and they thank me for coming in to see them, both in the pharmacy and store. Thank You!

Krittya is the best pharmacist at Rite Aid. She has managed the pharmacy for years and is always so knowledgeable, helping, and caring.

Ice-cold Diet Mountain Dew in stock here!!! :) The cashier lady was quite nice, and it was a clean, well organized store with fully stocked shelves.

I was racially profiled by an older gray and black haired worker. I left without purchasing anything due to the uncomfortable environment.

A good place to get ice cream scoops, and the pharmacy is usually on top of quickly getting prescriptions done and if not they will notify you what the issue is.

I shop at this Rite Aid all the time. They even know me there. I went to the DMV on Tuesday to get my new CA Lic. So they stamped out the year of my experation on my old out of state card. They gave me a signed DMV official temp. paper (Inerem Lic.) that we all get when we get our new cards. The DMV and any other franchise recognize this at a lagit I.D. form until you get your card in the mail. NOOOOoo. Rite Aid doesn't. Are you kidding me? This is a silly and over reactive policy. I like the cashier's there. (Well most) I can't believe how embarrassed I was looking back at the long line. CHANGE YOUR POLICY!

One thing that I have noticed about Rite Aid is that to all the ones I've been to, there seems to only be one cashier. If it's extremely busy then there may be two. Upside is the beer is low priced here!

I received phone messages saying that prescriptions were ready, so I went to the pharmacy counter to pick up prescriptions for my brother and myself. I gave my brother's name first and the clerk could not find the prescription. Finally he appealed to a co-worker who said, "Check under the other name...the prescriptions are probably together." I pick up my brother's and my meds all the time, but is it a good idea to put them under my name only? What if I was sick and needed to send someone else to pick up my brother's medication?

The Pharmacy took forever and it wasn’t busy. There were two girls there and they spent more time talking to each other then helping. Myself and another customer waited 40mims to get our booster shots and we had appointments! And these ladies never once checked up on us nothing, one customer asked her how much longer and the lady said I don’t know sir. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID GOING HERE!!

There's a person there that doesn't seem to be very happy with their job her name is tatiana unfortunately she doesn't realize that she's one of the phases of the store. When she was asked to come to the cashier she couldn't have moved slower when she was asked for directions she delivered them as if you were stupid for not knowing where things are.

Thank you so much! This rite aid was so courteous and really helped me when my local rite-aid ran out of my medication they graciously filled it at short notice. Definitely compassionate help from the pharmacist. 🫶✌️

I moved from another pharmacy to this pharmacy because the ladies here got my medicine and were not yelling at me like the other tretheaning me not to give it to me like other pharmacist. Since I moved, I have but courtesy and attention. I know they get very busy and very tired, but I also know they got one of the ladies to open or fix another pharmacy on her own. This is the issue. Once they had managed the pharmacy and they were good, they took one of them in a promotion and made it difficult for both again. There are many factors juggling to get things going, we also need to be patient. The pharmacy is great, they may take some time, but they dont treathen you with not giving you the meds. These are very nice people. They are overworked and underpaid. Let's give ghem a break and an applause fir such a wonderful wirk of putting up with all kinds of people abd still manage to smile and be kind to us ehen we are in a bad mood. Thank you♡♡♡♡

Sure they always seem to have a line at the front registers and their restrooms are no less than disgusting... however the pharmacy staff is beyond awesome in comparison to most. Especially Brian who always remembers my name and goes above and beyond to help me, check in with me and apologize if my prescription is taking longer than usual while always maintaining a smile and a caring, friendly attitude. The other staff are always friendly too I'm just having a harder time remembering their names. Plus you can always walk right next store to use the pristine Trader Joes bathroom if need be. ;-)

the service is not always good, a brunette cashier with brown hair and wears glasses, she looks like she is about 49 years old, she is always very rude to customers, she is charging at the register and is always rushing us, and her attitude is very bad. But it seems that the pharmacy doesn’t care about what Kind of people hire.

Kind of concerning that there was only one employee manning the entire store. That's not a way to operate a store of this size. I went there because I forgot to bring toothpaste and toothbrush visiting Santa Barabara. Convenient location. The customer service was great but limited due to one person having to tend to all customers.

I went in shopping for one of my client I am a caregiver for. I went Wednesday March 20th, around 5:30 pm. I was holding many things waiting for the cashier to call me up due to the fact I was paying with cash and could not use self check out. An elderly brunette woman with glasses ignored me and continued her heavily conservative political conversation with a man who was not purchasing anything at the time. I asked if I could step up to buy my items, she sarcastically told me to go to the first register. Then proceeded to talk to the man about me in a negative way because I asked her if I could be helped. When I said thank you for helping me she told me “ it was a free country and she has the right to talk about whatever she pleases” I agreed, then said that politics should have nothing to do with the business. When I told her I would take my business elsewhere she was very rude. As I was walking out she cursed at me and rushed up to me getting very close to me. I truly wasn’t sure if this woman was going to physically assault me. She refused to share her name and wouldn’t tell me the name of the manager. 0/5 stars for this situation. I have been here multiple times without any issue.

No surprise, this store is closing. I needed to transfer a prescription from another Rite Aid to this one. Pharmacist was on break so I had to wait around, then when she got back, they needed a pharmacy manager, not just a pharmacist, to make the request and that was gonna take 2 to 3 days. I left. Worthless. These people are already checked out for a June 5 closing date.

Love the ice cream at this location! Their employees are always friendly. It is a travesty that so many locations will be closing due to Rite aids filing for bankruptcy. Dianna is especially kind and we'll miss seeing her there if it does close after all.
