Great pharmacy, love Negar, Emily, those two ladies are the best! Good friendly service from pharmacy staff. The store has a great selection for being a small store.

Bigger sized pharmacy/store with beauty and household products. They even have a scooped ice cream area. They have everything from hard liquor to a electronic section. Always well stocked . Service could be quicker. Strip mall with easy parking.

I went to this Rite Aid instead of buying on Amazon because they had a buy one get one free promotion on a vitamin that I needed. When they only had one left on the shelf the manager approved half price for that item. That’s going above and beyond!

I was supposed to pick up some medication at the Fairview location but they were closed do to lighting issues so we called another one to see if we could get them at that location they said yes but never told us how or what to do to get them from the new location. We had to call both stores about 3 times each in order to get a clear answer. Not the best of times when you have to tell the people at the pharmacy that we had already transferred the prescription and they just look at you and say, “But you said the other store didn’t have power.” Then I told them just check your computer it should be there. And that’s when they finally helped.

Lovely customer service; super easy navigation and staff is extremely helpful! A young individual named Diego assisted me in finding exactly what I needed and was super friendly. This is my go-to for prescription pickups, essential items, and everything in between!

Best pharmacy in Santa Barbara for fast and efficient Rx. ThankYou. Update 2019: Two registers at pharmacy counter and they never let anyone wait in line. Superior customer service with new Rx drop offs done in 15 minutes. Great efficiency with all types of vaccines too. UpDate 2020: Still the best pharmacy in Santa Barbara. Pharmacists, Emily and Nagar, process the Rx super quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Email and phone alerts as soon as the Rx is processed and ready for pick-up. Support personnel provide friendly precise check out transactions. ThankYou, Frank and all pharmacy techs.

They take care of everything you need. They got my prescriptions all organized so that I can pick them up on the same day and auto fill and check with the MD's for refills.if the see me walk in the door, they pull the prescription an have it ready by time I walk back to the counter. The pharmacy manager knows our family by name and provides good advice that is relavent to us. She knows my prescriptions by heart and follows my health conditions. When not busy, they will fill a prescription while you stand there in a matter of a couple PDF minutes. The shots are painless!

I’ve lived on the Mesa for years and always got my prescriptions filled at CVS. By mistake I was sent to Rite Aid and was taken care of by the blonde woman with glasses behind the pharmacy counter. She was such a pleasant surprise - a true Mesa gem! I’ll be coming back for future refills and Thrifty Ice Cream.

Inconsistent rules and regulations around refills and bridge prescriptions at the same pharmacy at a different location in the same town. Healthcare for profit is truly tragic and dehumanizing. The woman in the pharmacy that I spoke to displayed no humanity or empathy whatsoever she was a robot. And while I empathize that her job probably sucks - she doesn’t need to take the rest of us down with her. I hope she reads this and has a wonderful evening 😊

As a doctor who tried getting a prescription filled at this pharmacy for a patient who has been displaced by the recent California fires, I am appalled that you have a policy to not fill backordered medications prescribed by “nonlocal” doctors! So unethical and inhumane! Shame on you!

Went to the Pharmacy at the Mesa Rite Aid today. My Mom (89) had been prescribed a medication over a week ago and she had mistakenly asked for it to be sent from her online pharmacy. It hasn’t arrived yet so the doctor called it in to Rite Aid for us. They were extremely helpful and went over and above to get us the medication and even found a very substantial discount. A huge THANK YOU to the pharmacist and techs who were working today. (I wish I’d gotten their names)

Last time I visited Rite Aid on June 7th, I did so because I had been told by one of the managers that the first Wednesday of the month was a discount day for seniors. No discount was offered and when I asked the clerk about it, he said the discount had been "discontinued." In these days of excessive inflation, why not provide loyal seniors a discount -- ONE DAY a month. Also, about one half the shelves were empty and I couldn't find the products I wanted. You can be sure I'll go to CVS next time.

Overall the staff are very nice and courteous. They could definitely stock more items. The pharmacy person, not sure if she was a pharmacist or a tech, sounded so nice to all her customers and very helpful. Buy what threw me was when all her customers were gone, she was in her cell phone talking a little loud about some very disturbing incidents that happened with either her child or relative. It was unnecessary and I feel if a person needs to have that type of conversation, then maybe go away from the counter so customers don’t hear it. The language was not pleasant and I found myself so distracted by it. This is just a suggestion that I have. Other than that, she was very professional and nice. But hearing her whole conversation was very distracting.

The level of personalized service my entire family receives from the pharmacy team at Rite Aid (Nagar, Emily, Frank) is fantastic. When I tell others about this, they are amazed. They are not getting this level of care from CVS, Walgreens, etc. I am sad that the general products on the shelves remain so thin in the aftermath of the bankruptcy negotiations. I hope this gets sorted out in the next few months.
