The past few weeks, I noticed a young man that always checked on the customers to inquire, "are you ok; do you need anything", which I found to be AWESOME. No one checks on you anymore & individuals customer service is so poor! But Marquis sets the standard we can all learn from! Yes, his name is Marquis, I found out today. My review is strictly on Marquis's customer service! I love this place & Marquis's welcoming smile & customer service ethics makes it all the more better to come here!

I got the option that is supposed to clean your wheels. I asked when I paid and they said they do a 3-step process for the price I paid. Rims were STILL dirty when I got out. The goes through very fast, so can't to a good job so quickly. When I got out I had to wait a good while for the free vacuum. Once I got a spot, 1 of the 2 vacuums had very little suction. There was a good supply of clean towels. I won't be returning.

This is the dumbest concept of a car wash in the entire area. After a $28 “super” car wash purchase that only lasted 20 seconds, I was told to exit because all of the vacuums were in use. Mind you, you have to vacuum out your car yourself at this location and for the SAME price at other car washes in the area, you can get your car washed, vacuumed, and towel dried as one service and you don’t have to Lift a finger. This place is a joke and a complete waste of time and money.

I had the best experience with Jada! I come here often, but I never vacuum or wipe down, because it’s always crowded. But, today I needed to wash the mats! I had no clue as to what I was doing and Jada literally washed the mats for me’ She was soooo patient! I wish the vacuum area wasn’t always crowded. And I come at 10:30am, but people say that’s light traffic. I can’t take it. That is preventing me from getting a membership here.

I usually get an oil change with the company and they give you a coupon for a SUPER car wash. When you get to the car wash, you hand in the coupon, and they send you on your way to only get a BASIC car wash. Which is annoying because I most definitely expected what I said on the coupon.

BEWARE! This establishment doesn’t take accountability for damages to your car! I was rear ended inside the tunnel and Auto Spa refused to take ownership of their faulty machine! I was a customer since they opened, but not anymore! Only thing they will replace is a lost rear wiper blade. Piss poor customer service- you’ve been warned!

This was my first time at this car wash, and overall I liked it. Just as I arrived, the line stopped moving due to a part breaking down inside the washer. The employees were nice, and worked quickly to get back up n running. They offer memberships, but I decided to try a deluxe wash first. My kids loved the rainbow lights, and the music in the free vacuum area was pleasant. I'll def be back!

So I usually drive all the way out to other places for a decent car wash experience now grateful they put a location closer. The manager was very inviting and had good customer service. They also have the vacuums where u can vacuum out your own car after u get a nice wash. I think it’s better this way because you vacuum your own car better than anyone else would. They provide clean towels and spray so u can clean ur inside windows. All in all great to have this company here by Ritchie Station. It was needed in that area!

I visited the car wash on 11/02/2025, the first time attendant swiped my card it did not go through the second time it went through, I checked my account my card was charged twice I spoke to Ms.Deshawn on Wednesday I showed her my account where I was charged twice I was told the money would be release in 3 to 5 business days it has not been released. The charge is still on my account and I’m very frustrated behind this situation. Update if you have any concerns reach out to their corporate office .

This Auto Spa Express is the best Auto Car Wash in the DMV area’s. Auto Spa Express offers affordable prices with many different wash options to choose from, including Super, Deluxe, Standard and Basic. Customer can pay as you go, every time you get a car wash or pay once a month and have your car clean every day with a Monthly VIP Membership and access to a Member’s Only Express Lane with other great members benefits. Auto Spa Express customers has access to free self vacuum hoses, air hoses, drying towels and a floor mat machine cleaner. Auto Spa Express staff was helpful and friendly.

I love this car wash. I have Been coming here for about a year. They do have free vacuums so it comes a bit hectic when it’s really busy, but the employees here hold it down despite rude customers. The manager Daeshawn is super sweet. Thanks Auto Spa!

The place is ran smoothly but they have to tell their customers that the vacuum area is not their personal detail spot!!!! Some customers break out their stool and their whole detail kit and make a whole event out of their car cleaning !!!!!! People are waiting to use the vacuum and you’re detailing your car ??!!! Find another spot to do that !!!! Also, y’all gotta turn that roadway where cars pull to the side to wipe down into a two lane !! People who are coming towards the car wash or met with cars exiting in THEIR lane bcuz the people wiping down their car are in the exiting lane!!! Who designed this ??? Just make it two lanes to exit since you have one where people are literally pulled over to use wipes. When I was exiting, someone almost hit me head on and they blew their horn at me. I can’t be mad they did bcuz I was in the opposite lane of travel! Yall really need to fix that!!

I am not usually one to leave bad reviews. However, I have come to this car wash twice now, and each time, it has left my car scratched and noticeably damaged after the wash. For such a highly rated establishment, I am extremely disappointed that this is the result I have experienced twice now. I do feel that I should be responsible for the repairs that I now need to be done to my car.

I always drive past this car wash when I’m on that side of town. I finally decided to try them out on a Friday around 5pm. It was packed!! Though I saw a line, that still didn’t deter me because I really wanted to test out the car wash. They have three different lanes. The far left lane was for non members. That line moved soooooo slow, if I could’ve gotten out of line I would’ve. I paid for the highest car wash ($28). After my car went through the wash there was another line just to use the vacuum cleaners. I stood in that line because for $28 I most certainly was going to vacuum my car especially since I’ve been needing to do so. After maybe 5 min of waiting and no progress, I managed to get out of the line safely! I was so nervous that with the pile up of vehicles behind me someone was going to rear end a car. There was absolutely no room for us coming out of the car wash unless you drove over the little median to hop on the incoming side just to exit. I know it was a busy Friday but the setup is terrible. As I left I noticed about 3 (maybe 4) vacuums were not working. I will not be returning. Not only did I have to wait both times but I still didn’t get a chance to vacuum my car.

It’s a convenient location, but does not have the capacity to handle the volume that comes here. Unless you come during the middle of the day during the week expect long lines. And no matter what day and time you come expect to wait for the vacuums. I hate that people do a full detail to their cars at the vacuum stations. People literally hold up the vacuums while they dry their cars off, armor all their tire, and wipe the insides of their interiors. I enjoy my auto spa membership but i prefer the other locations.

I have a Super monthly subscription. Be careful to look at the digital display when your vehicle rolls onto the belt! On a few occasions, I had to go back through the car wash three times to receive the correct wash. Also, the two large chamois rollers near the exit point of the car wash are always off whenever I go to get my vehicle washed - they were working in this instance. The vacuums at some of the vacuum stations lack suction power. I prefer the Auto Spa Express in Odenton, Maryland, as everything always works.
