I went yesterday to test drive two cars. I didn't buy either because the price was a little out of my reach and they couldn't/wouldn't come down any. My review is more for DC Peters. I had previously read some reviews here that made him sound horrible. He was nothing but helpful and courteous to my son and I. One of the cars I drove had a dead battery (long story) and he went through a lot of trouble just to get it started so that I could drive it. I'm not sure why other reviewers had such a negative opinion of him. I'll keep an eye on their website for something I can comfortably afford and when I go back I will definitely ask for him.

Thinking since I bought a car from them before and my wife from Brad West which was AWESOME!!! that is no longer there, that would mean something. They had a vehicle I really wanted, after talking to a sales person (DC Peters) I couldn't get it because it was to high and my credit score needed to be higher. After a few months of going back and forth with him, the vehicle dropped $3000, (it was $16,000 to $13,000) I had $7,000 to put down. Now he's tells me no banks would finance nothing that old...after leaving the 3rd time....I called the bank, and told them what was told to me....they laugh!!!! and told me it wouldn't be a problem....smh. I really wish I could have had a good experience with them like last time....but that did it for me. And I will continue to let everyone know about my experience!!!!

I bought my first car from here. Very nice people. Quick to respond and they get stuff done fast. When getting a co signer they helped me a lot and made the process a breeze. First Team- Ride Today will tell you that they replace the brakes of all cars on the lot if the quality is less than 50%. They'll show you a recent passed State Inspection. As a first-time car buyer, I thought this was great customer service. I confidently signed their "As Is" policy and in process, let them get away with an illegitimate State Inspection. After 2 weeks of having the car I learn that my car's front brakes are completely worn out - which isn't possible in the 2 weeks I've had the car or in the 487 miles it's been driven since being inspected in the beginning of May. I called hoping we could work through this and after being abruptly transferred through three different people, First Team wouldn't do anything to help the situation, not even a complementary look over or "we're sorry". In their eyes, there was no room for them to have made a mistake. BIG ADVICE: IF you buy from here, have your own mechanic look it over. Or avoid this company altogether.

LEMONS, LEMONS EVERYWHERE so many in fact they should be running a fruit stand not a car lot. Bought my car there a year ago. Needed headlight repair the very next day after purchase. I swear it's been in the shop more than I've actually gotten to drive it. The last time it was in for over 2 months getting repairs. Now if you read the responses they will tell you this is how they keep their prices low and make it sound like a bonus. That WE get to decide what gets fixed, SAVING US SOOO MUCH MONEY! Well let me tell you these are repairs that you don't get to decide if you want or not. These are repairs that can cost a life, or the entirety of the car to run at all! Don't let the lie in the response sway you. STAY AWAY!!! Email has been sent, no response as of yet.

Very disappointed over all. I've had my vehicle for less than 30 days and the transmission is shot. Not even 1,000 miles highway use only and it is no longer useable. I took it to a mechanic and they said dealer should have caught it when inspected to resale. Definitely wont buy again from here. I know the dealer will say ' this vehicle was sold as is and no warranty' but that does not excuse them if I were to have been in an accident for a faulty transmission. Also for not disclosing if they knew of the transmission issues.

Easiest car deal I've ever done. I dealt with Richard, and the whole thing was completely no-nonsense. We checked the car out and went for a test drive with absolutely no interference or hounding. I know enough to spot most problems with a car and I found two or three little things with this one that I can easily correct. But you have to understand, this dealership is for a category of cars (higher mileage and a bit older) below what you find at a bigger new and used dealership lot, so this is to be expected. And you also have to understand that these aren't certified pre-owned jobs and they're all sold as-is. I guess I was a little bit lucky that the car had been sitting on the lot for a while because they were ready to deal. No bull, no four-square, and just one phone call to the manager. If you need transportation above the grade of beater, this is a good place to check. I can't believe I would ever give a five star rating to a used car dealer, but here it is.

If you need a vehicle and do not want to waste time or energy, and understand buying a car as is means you will have to fix any issues that go along with it etc, then Ride Today is the place to go. Straight forward, no BS, and quick to get you help. I had to wait on the bank for days at no fault of Ride Today!!!!!, but because of an HR problem with my job, however everyday Brandon, went above and beyond to communicate with me DAILY about the status. Never had someone be so involved and care about the outcome, so you can get your dream car/daily driver. Brandon is an amazing salesperson, and you guys need more people like him. He is 100% the perfect type of employee for that job. Cannot speak highly enough of this man. Thanks again Brandon.

This company contacted us about buying our 2017 BMW x1 fully loaded and low miles and said to bring it in. We came and a guy asked was we buying a car from them once we sold it, which we wasn't because my wife wanted to buy a new mercedes suv and just wanted to get rid of the BMW since we don't drive it. Once we said that all the sudden the guy we was working with said the buyer guy for the dealership didn't want to buy it because they don't have anyone to work on those type of cars. Very crazy they say that because since then they have about 2-3 bmws out there that was not there and ours look way better. So why they did not want ours and the guy never even came to look at it?? We had a few other offers but was trying to see who offered the most. In the end we ended up selling it to priority honda who had it sold themselves in less than 2 weeks. Honestly save yourself the time if they contact you about buying something from you because for whatever reason without even looking at the vehicle suddenly they changed their mind. And in this short time it's been about two months we purchased 2 cars from priority cash and also sent my mom and sister in law who both bought cars there also so this dealership lost a potentially good customer. They also have a ram truck I would have paid cash for also but because of how they did I ended up buying that one (19 ram 1500) from carmax. So in total they lost out on around 5 car sales in less than 2 months sure they dont care though. We get new cars atleast 3-5 times a year. We just use them see something else we like and sell our current and get what we want so definitely will not be buying nor referring anyone here.

The sales people vouched the car was a great buy. They talked the car up a lot. They put a lot of pressure on when buying, saying other people were ready and if I wanted it I had to act fast. I purchased the car and a month later the engine blew a gasket. I tried to get help with the $500 warranty and never got it back. They were very unresponsive about the vehicle. The vehicle then had issues with the gasoline tank, which also had to be replaced. Then 6 months later after a new gas tank, new windshield wiper fluid pump, new engine, new gas cap, and much more work, the engine overheated and broke down twice more. This car drained our wallet and was a nightmare. We continually put work into getting it fixed, but it was thing after thing. There was obviously something not disclosed when the car was purchased. Tried again to get the warranty refund, and no word back.

DC helped my wife and I shop for a Toyota Camry. He had a very nice 2009 on the lot to sell us. He did not try to force a sale on us, he did not harass us with phone calls. He was very upfront,honest and very very friendly. We ended up buying from a private seller and DC even took the time to overlook the private car and compare to his car. This is the help you will never get from a dealer,other than Ride Today. We have bought cars from Ride Today and Prestige and they have all been great vehicles! For our next purchase DC at ride today will be our first dealer we talk to. He was very friendly and 200% helpful! I wish more salesman were like DC.

I went there this afternoon and I was treated very poorly. When I went to open the door before I could a man pushed the door open quickly and said rudely “Can I help you?” Meanwhile my sister and I are standing outside of the door. He did not even offer for us to come inside the office. The man stands directly in the doorway blocking us from entering the building. I reply and tell him which vehicle I was interested in and he says “Well, do you have good credit?” I try to explain to him that I have never held a car payment or such so I had possibly no credit. He says “Well, you have to have good credit or a decent co-signer to even get the process started based on the age and price of the vehicle.” At this point it was very evident that he was not willing to even see if me or my co-signer would qualify for financing the vehicle. Just 3 years ago my sister went to them as well. She was helped by a different man. She had no credit just as I had none, she was interested in a car that was around $1000 MORE than the one I was interested in, 2 years NEWER then the one I was interested in, and she had $500 LESS for a down payment then I did. She left with the car she wanted that same day with no problems. With all that being said, I know that it was possible for me to purchase the vehicle that I wanted. The only thing that kept me from doing so was that the man I dealt with today just chose not to help me. The man that I came in contact with today at Ride Today was unprofessional, very unhelpful and very rude.

It was my first time purchasing from Ride Today and the experience was great. Brandon was very personable and laid back the trade in process was smooth and he was patient working with me having to leave and come back and patient with my children running around the office. the trade in offer was fair and the paperwork process was quick and easy. Brandon checked in a few days after the purchase and even helped out with an issue that occurred after the vehicle was purchased. I would recommend Brandon Thompson at Ride Today to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

They are crooks! Went with bank approval and was told that in order to get a loan we HAD to apply through the dealership. They wanted to get a processing fee of nearly $1000. Denied loan because we already have an approval on record. Thieves. Liars. Crooks.

Perfect transaction! I’m in another state and they made the deal happen like we were just up the street from each other. Brandon Thompson is the best sales rep! Strong communication skills! Management team was very accommodating as well considering this was an out of state deal. Would definitely buy from them again and also would definitely refer to a friend.
