Where to start? First of all, Jerome showed up ahead of time, his friendliness and smile made it a great experience. One of the hoses of his equipment unfortunately became dysfunctional, so he took it upon himself to wash my car by hand and he took his time with it to make sure he was thorough. As for the overall service: he splendidly beautified my car and went above and beyond, while educating me about different car products and how to care for my car. We had a good chat all along. He will be my go-to from now on in Buffalo, without a doubt. A friend of mine who showed up while Jerome was working was amazed by how nice my car was looking and immediately solicited Jerome's services, just to tell you the quality of the work done on my car.

While I do routine cleaning at the car wash I was never able to remove the winter grime. Jerome was meticulous and spent almost 3 hours detailing my interior. I was extremely impressed with the internal detailing I got today. I have a dog and I'm pretty active outdoors so the interior of my car can be a bit messy. After the detailing my car looked newer than when I originally bought it! The attention to detail and care involved was fantastic. They even noticed a spot in my car that needed cleaning that I had completely forgotten about! The most impressive part is that it was in the back grill of my speaker so I know it was tough to clean (I tried). All in all they were amazing, courteous, and an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be reaching out again to get my car cleaned.

Jerome came as scheduled and everything seemed fine. Twenty minutes later, it wasn't. First, he tried to charge more because of dog hair. I don't own a dog and never have. The car was purchased used, but it's been professionally detailed multiple times before. Furthermore, I showed him his own website, which said cleaning includes pet hair. Only then did he agree to continue at the advertised price. After complaining that past people didn't do a perfect job, neither did he. I would rate it average cleaning-wise. However, he left me a completely damp car! When I asked, he stated that he had no means of drying it, assured me it would dry in the 80 degree day tomorrow, and left me. Yet it was 60 degrees during the day and dropped to 49 at night and 60 the next day. No car is not gonna dry by itself due to the day being warm in that weather. And I was worried that after paying a lot of money for cleaning, my car would wind up mildewing and need another cleaning. So I had to leave it wide open with the trunk and doors open for over 24 hours with fans blowing on it. At 3am, I was standing there outside freezing while holding a blow dryer over the seats, seeing it hadn't dried from 5pm, when Jerome left. Thankfully, I was able to save my car and no one stole it. I've never had such a bad detailing experience. What if Jerome comes while you're at work? Are you supposed to sit in your nice suit on damp upholstery and ruin the suit? This is inane. Find someone else who cares enough to dry it. Update: You'll note there's no apology. Apparently, the owner considers it rude to ask a business to honor what they advertise. I had previously checked the website a month ago. It said the same thing then as it said the day of service. Adding before and after pics.

I reached out to Resurrection after buying my truck from my grandpa who has golden retrievers and were previous smokers. They responded right away & got me on the calendar immediately. He did an amazing job it looked brand new and the smell was basically gone ! Jerome did such an amazing job we had him come back and do my husband’s work truck - which was a mess! Jerome took his time and had it looking shiny & new! He comes right to your house, takes his time & doesn’t miss a detail!
