Driving through St. George from Wyoming and was hating the summer heat and sun glare coming through my factory windows. My son and wife have had Renu put ceramic tinting on several of their vehicles and recommended them. Called Renu and Andrew and crew made room in their full work load to fit me in on the 24th of July holiday so I could get back to Wyoming this weekend. Quality is obvious, staff is super great to work with and Renu has outstanding customer service. I’ll make Renew my place to go for all future tinting needs.

I made an appointment with these guys to detail and tint my 2020 Lexus ES. When the car was done, I came down to see it and I was so happy. The car looked absolutely stunning. On the outside, they didn’t miss a single inch. It was spotless, the rims were clean and the window tint looked perfect. On the inside, I noticed how thorough these guys are with their work. Everything smelt super fresh and also looked great. These guys take their time to do the job, and they do it right. I wanted to follow up regarding the detailing work on my vehicle. When I picked up the car, we did not go over the completed job together. My initial review was based solely on the wax finish, but after having time to thoroughly inspect the car over the following days, I discovered numerous areas that were clearly not addressed properly. For the $500 I paid, and considering the car was with you for two days, I expected a much more meticulous job. I trusted that everything would be handled professionally and completely—that’s why I didn’t go over the car in detail when picking it up. Unfortunately, the reality has been disappointing. After inspecting it, I found stains in the seat fabric, leftover candy and a 3-inch pop stick jammed into the child seat compartments, uncleaned headliner and visors, grime in trim areas, scratches on the bumper, dirt in door handle guards, and several other areas (including the hood, trunk, door edges, and wheel wells) that were not detailed properly. I’ve already spent another $100 with a professional in Mesquite trying to correct these issues. Frankly, I don’t believe the individual who detailed the car was qualified, and I would not allow them near my vehicle again. Given the circumstances, I feel a partial refund or some adjustment should have been offered proactively. I’ve submitted a complaint with the BBB and am in the process of consulting with a senior advocate about further steps. I trusted you and expected a higher standard of professionalism—especially in how post-service concerns are handled. I encourage you to look at the photos again and reflect on whether this level of work justifies what I paid. This isn’t about being difficult—this is about holding businesses accountable for the service they promise and the trust customers place in them. Renu Auto: Provides paint correction, scratch removal, and detailing services, and may offer mobile services. I got charged but no work was done.

Highly, highly, highly recommend Renu Auto and Grant. I'm not much for leaving reviews but this company is so good, and my experience so enjoyable, felt like I should spread the word. Had the opportunity to recently work with Grant and he is incredible. Easy going, supremely competent, knowledgeable, great communication, exceptional work, absolutely top notch. Best of the best. Regardless if you are looking at one of his vehicles, getting a repair or detail, wrap or paint protection you cannot go wrong. Renu Auto is the rare example these days of great vehicles and vehicle products and services, delivered with great communication, fair and transparent pricing, and the added benefit of Grant just being great to deal with. Renu is so good, I happily drive hours just to have the piece of mind that I'm getting what I paid for delivered with exceptional service by a real professional. Also worth mentioning Renu is a truly professional shop that is spotless, well lit, and usually full of gorgeous high end and often rare vehicles that just goes to show he is the man to go to if you want something done right. One look around his shop, and a initial conversation with Grant, I new I was in the right place and was not going to have to stress out about getting ripped off. I have a new Kia Sportage. I accidentally put a little scratch on my infotainment screen from my sun visor. Renu Auto got me in the next day and put a satin screensaver on it!!Now, I don’t need to worry so much!! The scratch is nearly invisible!!!! No one will ever know it’s there! I had a great experience with Renu Auto Detail. I tried doing my own paint correction and royally messed it up. I called Renu for help and Andrew answered promptly. He gave the vehicle a look over and said that the team would give it a shot but that it might be past the point of no return. Turn around was less than 6 hours and not only did they fix my mistake, they went the extra mile and did a polish over the whole car at no extra charge. Above all else they really care about the customer and it shows. There aren’t many trustworthy automotive shops in southern Utah but this is one of them. Would highly recommend! Also if you’re going to wet sand your car, just hire the professionals. It won’t go as well as you think no matter what ChrisFix shows you ;)

Great quality, great service! Another provider of headlight restoration stood me up, so I called these guys at the last minute, hoping to be able to restore my headlights before I went on vacation. And even though they were very busy that day, they fit me in and did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier. They are pricier than others, but the quality shows, and I was told there is a lifetime warranty on the restoration. I assume to the original owner. I wish I had taken before pictures, because the difference is astounding. The headlights were very yellowed.

I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate you guys! The card left in my car was hilarious and I was glad we could make light of the situation. A crock pot of sweet potato chipotle soup spilled on the floor of my Jaq. It was all over. Grant was fantastic to work with during my recent out-of-state car-shopping experience, and I won't hesitate to work with him and his team again the next time I have a mid-life crisis and want a German sports car. From initial contact to continuous follow-up communications, Grant was professional, patient, and accommodating. I never felt pressured or badgered by him, and I'm extremely impressed with the quality and condition of the used car I purchased from him. After shopping around for several months I feel the price I paid is very competitive and appropriate. Fantastic experience with Grant and Renu Auto. I flew in from Colorado to purchase a Mercedes G500 after initially connecting with Grant remotely. Communication was easy, transparent, and completely pressure-free from start to finish.
