He had a lot of experience and he pointed out mold that had grown from a spilled drink a few days prior and had me take pictures to try to fight a case for an issue i was having. He didn’t even have to point it out, but he was trying to help me. His wife even helped me upon a phone call with a separate issue. Extremely amazing and compassionate people. He is very hard working and does the job right. I’ve had people in the past that i would never go back to but Charles is worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend him. He’s fair, accommodating and flexible. I had a wonderful experience with this company.
