Works well enough, no serious complaint. All options on the selector worked nicely, water pressure is good, I wish it was a little higher though. It's a little pricey, the timer is limited to about 10 minutes for $10. To continue past 10 minutes you need a new transaction for a minimum of $2.50. The air drier is almost useless. The vacuums weren't working at the time, but I think it takes $1 for 4 minutes, I'm not sure, and requires quarters. Really, it won't be hard to find another cat wash that I can really like, but this one was good enough that it may be worth the convenience of it being in my route.

Ended up spending 5 minutes trying to get the card reader to accept my card then I took the time to wash my car the right way and do all the scrubbing rather than just spraying it off. Got finished and you could still see dirt on the car this place had barely any soap going through the system and same with the wax. I was very disappointed I won't be going back I've had 3 bad washes here.

Tried it after fueling up at Costco. I paid nine dollars for the soft touch seemed better than touch less. It was a really poor wash, seems like I could have had the same results rinsing my little sedan off at home. Hoping that Costco buys them out and puts in one of their drive thru car washes instead.

My car doesn't look much different and even still has dirty water spots from the recent rain and wet roads. I lightly rubbed my finger over them to see if they remove easily, they did. The car wash should have at least rinsed those spots off. I don't like giving poor reviews but being new to St. George I Googled Touchless Car Wash and this one was closest. The $10 isn't the issue, perhaps the water mechanism needs an upgrade though?

Went to a self serve bay. The water pressure was so low it didn't even clean the car. I tried to get the bugs off the window and grill. Placing the wand right next to the window didn't even get it clean.

I've been here twice and tried the two different auto wash bays and both times the wash left my car dirtier than when I came in! Only some of the sprayers even spray water while the others squirt small streams like they're blocked. It's constantly got mud throughout the bays which is probably where the machines are kicking up more dirt onto the car. It seemed convenient next to Costco until I've had to go somewhere else for another touchless wash after going here both times.

Nice self service car wash. The dial has a ton of option. There's several different wax and protectants. The water pressure is strong. I have no complaints about this place.

12/23/2023 2PM the self wash bay #2 ate $3 Worth of quarters and when I used my debit card the presoak soap sprayed nothing but air, the foam brush didn't foam, it just smeared a pinkish soap, then the spot free rinse was spraying regular water only. Update - 7/2/2024 updated to 4 stars because it works for me using debit or credit tap to pay with just spraying water then foam brush works now then rinse spray the soap off and that's all I use it for now.

Used the touchless car wash today and it died half way through...just completely lost power. Nobody there to talk to, no number to call. Just a soapy car and no way to wash it off without paying more money and doing it myself. Total rip off.

Used touchless and chose the cheapest option @ $8. We just wanted all the snow related grime washed off. It did a really nice job. However, we got back to California and found we were charged $10. No receipt is provided so we had no way to verify or prove later. If that happens on even 10% of the transactions what a coup for the owners!

I came in to clean my car into one of the bays, in doing so the time ran out. I tried putting more time by swiping my card but I’m guessing the program crashed because it was not prompting anything. This was a bit frustrating but I just switched bays. The following bay worked fine until I got to the air dryer. Not working at all. I was really disappointed because I was told this place was great. I felt like I threw money out the window cause I drove off with a car all wet with water spots. I’ll be going somewhere else next time

I use the self-service so that my paint doesn’t get scratched and nearly every time I have been here the high pressure soap function doesn’t have any soap. The spot free rinse takes FOREVER. The handheld dryer doesn’t work all that great but it is a cool idea. I definitely don’t think it deserves a 5 star rating but it doesn’t necessarily deserve a 3 star rating. However, since 3.5 isn’t an option I am going with a 3 star rating. I always spend a fortune because the spot free rinse just has no pressure so it really does take FOREVER and the high pressure soap always being out of soap is super annoying.

This place used to be my favorite touchless self serve car wash. But over the past year or so, it’s gone steadily down hill, with one jet or another always out of commission, leaving a section of my vehicle unwashed. Today (11/9/24) after I paid my $13 for premium wash, as I drove into the bay I noticed one of the main hoses was ruptured and spewing water. After the wash, I discovered that my entire hood, windshield and roof were unwashed. For just a couple $ more I could’ve gone across the street to Tagg n Go. This will be my last time falling for this one hoping it’s going to be as good as it once was.

I did the “deluxe” touch free automatic car wash and it didn’t use very much soap, witch is a good thing since it didn't even rinse it off before drying it. So I had to pay more money and rinse off the soap in the self serve part of the car wash. Since I had to do that it left water spots since it wasn’t dry.

We ran our truck through the premium wash once, and one side of the truck was still dirty. We ran it through again, and saw little improvement. Finally, we had to use the self service wash to get it clean. Awful! No one on site, even though the website states that there is an attendant there during business hours. We definitely will not be returning to this car wash.

Never again! His so called "Soft Touch" drive thru damaged my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Despite numerous texts with photos to the Owner he refuses to even look at the vehicle.

Cheapest place in town when you don't need to start at 5-6 minutes. You get smaller increments to work with which costs you less

Payed for soft touch wash and system did not work, called the compay twice with no response finally at 3pm i reached there call center. I left my phone number and explanation of broken system that charged my credit card and did not wash my car. They still have not responded. Never going there again.

Worst car wash ever! I used the soft touch drive-through and it barely dried my car and when I got out to pump gas, I discovered that half of my car was still covered in soap suds! I do not recommend this place at All! Would give a zero stars if allowed.
