I want to give a shout out to the Red Carpet Car Wash today! My car was in desperate need of some detailing and I was able to get it done today! I could not have done it on a great day like today and chose a FANTASTIC car wash for the JOB! If you can’t wait around while your car is being detailed, they will get you a lift to your home and also a lift to pick your car up. If you do not have the transportation already lined up! I have never seen a car wash take so long. 90% of the time your car just sits there. They don't even have a cashier. No coffee cups. And a manager or maybe owner with a bad attitude. Here, the customer is always wrong.

Very disappointed with this place. I brought my car in for a simple wash and it came out with a noticeable dent and scratch that were not there before. When I pointed it out to the staff, they were rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or even properly checking the damage, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. No apology, no accountability, nothing. A business that damages customers’ cars and then treats them poorly does not deserve anyone’s trust. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Professional service with amazing attention to detail. I was grateful to be able to get right in and have my vehicle cleaned so well in under an hour. The owner was personally supervising the work of his employees to ensure they did a great job and moved our car seats to ensure nothing was missed. Brought my mom’s 2017 Subaru Outback, that definitely had seen some wear and tear into Red Carpet. Wow, I was blown away by the detail and level of service that I received. I purchased a full package, which was a great price. My mom was so excited to see how they transformed her car.Red carpet did an amazing job. Came in expecting a normal car wash and ended up with new scratches on my vehicle. When I pointed it out, the employees were disrespectful, refused to take responsibility, and didn’t even offer an apology. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and showed no care for customers or their property. Definitely not a place I’d trust with my car again.

I just gotta say Travis at red carpet gave me an absolutely incredible to the line experience. This was my first visit at this location and I gotta say I was very impressed with the fair pricing and the high-quality detail they did on my Ford escape. It’s very clear that Travis takes pride in what he does and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for great quality and the highest customer service.
