I love Red Carpet Car Wash! They have an outstanding staff and definitely offers VIP service to all Customers regardless of your package you have with them. Being close to Westfield Mall gives me time to shop while my car is being washed but even if you choose to wait, they are fast and will give you a clean car at all times.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since it first opened. The staff here are always kind, friendly, and make me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. Prices have gone up since the beginning due to the economy, but that’s completely understandable, and their service is well worth the cost.

I don't recommend this place. I am very disappointed with my experience at this car wash, mainly due to the manager’s attitude and the poor quality of service for the price. I paid $60 for interior cleaning and was told it would take 45 minutes to one hour. When the person who cleaned my car handed me the keys, he told me the car was ready. Unfortunately, before checking the car (and because it was hot), I tipped him $10, which I normally do — but I truly regret doing so this time. After checking the car, I noticed that the vacuuming near the floor mats was poorly done, the seats were not wiped, and since my car is a 7-seater, the back seats and rear floor were not cleaned at all. I went back and asked them to clean it properly and requested to speak with the manager. While they did re-clean the car, the manager tried to blame me because I picked up my car 15 minutes later than expected. This response was very unprofessional and disrespectful. If time matters to the business, it matters to customers as well. Asking for the job to be done correctly for the money paid should not feel like a burden. Just as businesses work hard to earn money, customers do not earn their money easily either. I am truly disappointed by the justification given for work that should have been done properly the first time. The manager’s behavior left a very bad impression, and because of that, I would not recommend this place.

Highly recommend this place!!!! I’ve been looking for a good carwash that takes my 8.1ft jeep, I was referred to them by a couple of friends. I finally came here today and I must tell you that it’s worth every penny. Very professional staff and they take care of every detail. My car was super dirty from inside and out and I was amazed by what I got back. They had to hand-wash it since it’s a bigger vehicle so they charged me a bit extra which is still a fare price for what I received in return. They were also kind enough to give it a nice shine on the interior which wasn’t included in the package I bought.

Been a member for years and years. Nothing better than this car wash facility. Like a family now. Have known so many of the employees for a long time.They are the best. Always willing to do a little extra and always working to please. Plus they are kind and considerate and welcoming and always appreciative. I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail.I have to show them where to clean. My car still had dirt spots on top and streaks on the windows after they were done. I even had to wipe some areas myself after leaving. For the price I paid, I expected a much better result and at least a quick check to make sure the car was actually clean. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place to others.

I’ve been going to the Red Carpet car wash in Canoga since I moved to the neighborhood about 10 years ago. I have the Premier Plus Ceramic package which gives me unlimited washes so I’m there at least once a week and they ALWAYS get every detail. And as great as the service is there, the employees are even nicer. Genuinely some of the happiest group of people I’ve encountered in this business. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I know in my area because you just won’t find a better experience at a car wash in Los Angeles! 10/10
