Tore off my jeep wrangler mirror, didn't do nothing or feel they were responsible. Handed me my mirror they found laying in wash area and walked away.

Received a coupon for a free car wash from Dad's or Red Carpet. I choose Red Carpet on Tuscarawas. This coupon although stated as the top of line car wash it's exterior only no vacuuming (only for extra charge). Okay my bad thinking it was a complete car wash. I went through the wash but was told that my wheels would be completed at end. Nope and I have the pictures to prove it. Wheel rims were not done completely. Open the doors to wipe down the interior but not the truck area. Why not? It was better than it was before but I really wouldn't recommend them. It was free and I got a job that was done because I didn't pay for it. No I wouldn't pay for them to do another not a fair (maybe) job nor would I recommend them. If you are trying to get me to buy car washes or to come back than do a excellent job, so that I am impressed. Wish I could have added my pictures of my car but I couldn't. Hmmm someone must have removed that option.

My car was a total mess inside and out yesterday, took it to Red Carpet, got the full service, and it looks brand new again, they cleaned it from top to bottom, including the Matts, I highly recommend this place for a full service car wash, the workers genuinely care and do great work, much appreciated!!!

I come here every time for my 2 regular cars and I flip cars so I bring them through too. Seems like every time I come through the prices jump up. I get the works and I can't justify paying $27 for each car wash. Half the time the tire shine gets forgot and water spots are left on the cars. Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you. Hiking prices up every other month isn't building your customer base. You're losing a few washes a week because I can't afford to come there anymore.

Fast, affordable and clean. This wash has the best service and crew around. Everyone from the management to the employees are courteous, friendly and accommodating. They care about the job they do and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality carwash. You can’t beat their monthly carwash plan. No other carwash around does the interior of the car as well as towel dry the exterior. 10/10 recommend!

I have been taking my cars to Red Carpet Car Wash for at least 20 years. The service has always been very good. I've never had any problems. Yesterday, due to employee error, my car was not placed on the conveyor belt correctly resulting in it banging into the back of the truck in front of it each time the conveyor belt moved. It made contact at least twice before the wash was halted resulting in about $1000. worth of damage to the front bumper and grill. Management was quick to apologize for the incident and to ensure that I had all the information I needed in order to make arrangements for repairs that Red Carpet would be paying for and informed me today that the person that made the error is no longer an employee at the car wash. While I'm not happy that the incident occured I realize that accidents do happen and the Car Wash was very quick to take full responsibility and to reassure me that the damage would be taken care of. I thank them for handling this quickly and will continue to be a customer of Red Carpet Car Wash.

Red Carpet & Dad's are owned by same person now. They are a little out of our way now but they dry off the car & this helps water spots not be on the car. We left Sargents car wash downtown Massillon cause they no longer hand dry the cars.

This is my go-to car wash but I was disappointed with my last service this past Sunday. I pass a Dad's car wash on the way here because I have always been pleased with the wash and detailing at Red Carpet and I always leave a decent tip. I'm sorry but my last visit fell short of my expectations!

Was there this morning at 9:20am and paid $34 for the blue option for inside and outside service. They were well staffed and were thorough with the SUV in front of me. I am a regular customer who is usually very satisfied, but today was disappointing. The back of my SUV was not swept at all, and my windows had a lot of streaks. My car stays pretty clean so not hard to quickly sweep!!

First time going here and got “The Works” and they did an okay job overall. Outside looked good but the inside was very lazy. Barely vacuumed anything inlcuding like half of my middle row of seats/floor and didn’t even touch the back row seats or floor at all. Probably won’t be back to spend that much money again for such a lazy job.

Been going here for years and I bring both my vehicles and I'll stay a loyal customer! Very convenient and all the workers are so nice every time. If they ever miss a tiny spot and you let them know they will fix it immediately! We are all humans and not robots, wish everyone thought like that! By far my favorite carwash!

Quick and convenient down the street from my house for when I'm feeling lazy. Inside and out isn't perfect but for 21$ the kids could do a better job! Over all if you want something done right do it yourself 😉

The team here was amazing! I forgot to take the topper off my car, but they went ahead with the interior and did a quick wash manually. So much more than I could’ve asked for. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and get my car ready for the cross country trip we are taking tomorrow. Could not have asked for friendly or service and their willingness to go above and beyond! Remember to tip these guys they work hard!!!

Used this place the other day got a $25 Work car wash and this is what I ended up with not only that but still spots on my windshield. Car was still wet and then the tires are just absolutely horrible. Will not be using this car place again.

I visited today and got the $21 wash. The wash itself was decent. But, this is my third visit to this place and was unsatisfied for a second time. My rims still had filth on them when I drove not too far away to get my kids a kids meal from Wendys in Massillon (I own a newer model vehicle) The tire shine was almost non existent. I ended up buying and spraying my own tire shine when I got to walmart. But as a person who owned a detailing business and has 11 years detailing experience .... This really isn't worth the price. I came back because I was given a free wash after having a similar issue a few months back. The free wash was excellent!!! And I returned today to be disappointed again.

Went thru this car wash with one of their yearly customers of 20 years who was introducing me to this car wash and he wanted a reward but couldn't get it because apparently the unlimited wash really means once a day. Sorry but I think I'll stick to the real unlimited carwash. They service sucks.

They are careless, they leave your windows down get inside of your car wet, and the kicker they don't clean it up or compensate for the damages...Their Manager at this Wash his name Dave, and he is rude...Been Warned Stay Away....
