dropped my car off that night. they had a diagnosis and fix in 24hrs.(mice in the engine lol) great guys. been there many times and towed to there. honest, fair and caring. go there.

Incredibly rude staff. Amin was working the counter and actually threatened a customer who was shorted $10. Instead of counting the change correctly, or even apologizing for the error, he stated, "your lucky I'm working right now." How can you possibly run a business with such verbally abusive, unprofessional staff. Will NEVER go back and will make sure everyone we know is aware of this incident.

When you pull your ride in, they have someone in the garage just before you hit the wash, who sprays the car down. I think this is a great amenity when you need to get all that salty muck off your rockers in the winter time!

Great service. Love the car wash but it's a little hard to maneuver the parking lot when its busy or they are getting a delivery but otherwise great place to get gas and snacks for the road.

Wash was Good person working was good. Had soap everywhere whenever I left but they did give me another one for free but that one's going to have soap left on it also. So I mean kind of a wash.

For a second time this gas station has taken money from me that I did not authorizing with it stating to to make sure my card is legit. I'm telling everyone do not get gas here. The 13th ave location is a fraud. They told me there is nothing they can do.

The people are always friendly and they give you a discount if you buy 2 or more packs of cigarettes. (if you smoke) have a nice variety of incense amongst other items. Awesome people, awesome place. They don't discriminate😁

Quick, easy stop. Competitive gas prices, and a reasonably delicious deli. I'd recommend the Car Wash to anyone, not to mention the Full Service shop at the North end of the building, this is your one stop auto place on the fly.

Scratched my BMW during car wash two weeks ago. Since that I am trying to hold the manager and called them more than 5 times. No answer and just deceiving me day to day even one of the worker witnessed and took some pictures too. After 3 weeks the car wash manager at Bismarck (Matt) got back to me and and said it never happened before and directly warned me that "do whatever you can do we cannot pay for it". Now I have to involve police I guess.

This is the exception to what consumers have come to expect from a service standpoint of today, it is a throwback to what we used to expect from a place that we were spending our hard earned dollar!!!! Sadly, today our expectations have hit ground level, but I absolutely love the way the owner/manager trains his team on customer service and representing his establishment, he definitely brings us back to the good ole days of people loving their jobs and knowing how to serve people and making them want to spend their money there!!!! Great place, it deserves 20 stars!!!!!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise coming to this gas station is. Khalid at the front desk loves his job and has exceptional customer service skills. I got gas, a car wash and coffee but he gave me the coffee for free - both times I’ve stopped by. I work on gravel roads and have a super dirty truck for work that I bring to get washed and the workers always get it very clean. The people washing the cars look happy too (with the exception of one guy). Whoever runs this place must be focusing on service and I definitely notice. I haven’t run into many gas store workers who look like they aren’t just counting down the minutes till the shift is done (at other stores). This is a refreshing stop during the day. Such a good experience! 3/5/2020 Update: these guys are continuing to do great work. I lost a receipt I needed to expense for work and asked them a couple weeks after if they’d be able to reprint one. Carter helped me out. It took me five minutes to knock down the day and time but he kept looking through the system until he found my receipt. Much to my surprise, he didn’t grumble, complain, or even seem disturbed by my request and the effort put forth to fulfill it. Very impressed with Carter and the red carpet team. Thanks for your kindness and graciousness. I’ll keep coming back here.

I just went in to this gas station and had horrible experience. chocletaa or what ever his name is. I'm not racist. but he is a big black dude. he has a horrible attitude. very disrespectful and they shouldn't talk to their customers the way he talked to me and my mom. treated us poorly.

Pretty competitive to all the new car washes in town with quality of wash and pricing. Attendant on site does pre wash treatment. The outstanding feature of this car is the discount you can get with gasoline purchase. Then they beat all the stand alone car washes on price.
