I have to say this was one of the worst car washes I have ever had. I paid for the most expensive one. They did not scrub the bugs off the window very much , and the blowers did not dry my car hardly at all. I had to pull over in the parking lot next to the vacuums to get out and dry my windows that were starting to spot. Then as I had never been here before, I saw that the vacuums were not free. So I left. Then my brother told me that there was a code on the receipt that I could have used to have the free vacuuming. The attendant never said anything about it. I'm very disappointed.

You're probably familiar with the saying: "If you want to do it right, do it yourself". And it applies to all automated car washes including this one. However, Red Barn got both of my bumpers and cleaned all the dirt off with the exception of some bug and tar residue that sometimes you can't even scrub off yourself unless you're using some special remover. Some of them are so bad I have to use rubbing compound. But I digress, I was impressed with how clean my car came out, by far one of the best automated car washes I've tried.

I have been going to the Red Barn car wash on highway 212 for over 10 years and have taken my cars and those of my family (all various makes/models of SUVs all with factory-installed roof racks) to this location too many times to count. Today, Saturday September 3, 2022, I went out of my way (because prior to today, this was the *only* car wash I'd go to due to the attention to detail and the quality of the washes) to the Red Barn to try and get my car washed. I got there and the attendant, (short, white male with long, greasy hair) said they wouldn't wash my car because of the original, factory-installed roof racks and because someone got their roof rack taken off "the other day." There have been signs up at this location for years that you use the wash at the vehicle owner's risk and now it's all of a sudden a problem? If this has happened more than once to original, factory-installed roof racks, they need to replace and update their machines and equipment. If this was a one time situation or something that happened because of excessively tall or oversized roof racks, then that's the fault of the vehicle owner. You have lost my business permanently.

Samantha is AMAZING!! She is efficient, she gives her all to her location and customers. She puts the job first and I hope management is doing what they can to treat her good and keep her around! It would be TERRIBLE to lose her! She is a valuable asset to your company!! I appreciate knowing I can come in and she'll be there to make sure things run smoothly, quickly, and most importantly, friendly!!

The business here is fantastic, although they follow close to their operating hours of 9am-5pm. I understand it is frustrating when you pull up as they close, but the business hours are posted on the building as I have seen them, all in all, they did a great job at washing my car, and have a cheerful mood when it comes to customer service I know they are doing their best they can since the pandemic has shorted their staff, and are trying to keep up with customer demand. You may see a lot of bad reviews, but that is of people showing up either as they close, or due to the operating hours,

Used to be really good, it fits my diesel truck with 35s, it's easy to get in and out of, and the workers are friendly. The reason I give it 3 stars is because it barely dries my truck now. Still cleans pretty good, just comes out wet which still turn into spots everywhere. And I have come a couple times in the morning this past year right when they are supposed to open at 8, and at 830 and they weren't open yet. One time fine, stuff happens, twice is a little annoying.

This car wash is always great. It does better than most others and it’s always nice and clean. I went through today and Jay and another worked treated me awesome. They scrubbed the truck thoroughly and put some extra effort in for me to get it looking good. If your in the area and need a wash come and see them!

We don’t live locally but it’s our favorite car wash when we are in the area. The employees here truly go above and beyond. The kids also love the theme, it’s a favorite for our whole family.

I don’t usually expect perfection from a drive through car wash, but I do expect the windows to at least get cleaned. Total waste of money when your vehicle still looks like this!

I took my Yukon to this location on 5-30-25. There was only 1 car in front of me. The attendant did not even touch the back of my truck. Very, very poor job.

3rd time I've gone here and they've been closed during business hours, I actually saw employees this time and when the guy saw me waiting at the cones(I just wanted ask why this keeps happening, I understand maintenance or something else is probably happening I just wanted an explanation) he walks a sign out that says "be back in an hour" and didn't even acknowledge my existence(he was 5 feet away), kind of rude honestly, I'll just wash my car at home I guess.

Constantly says it’s open and never is. So annoying this is the only place close to our house and I’ve driven there more to have it closed than open. If it’s a weekend go somewhere else.

They don’t allow truck with lumber racks now. New rule change. Disappointing. Don’t come here you truck has ladder/lumber rack hope this helps someone out also the vacuums here are really bad you better off going to Washman where the vacuums are free.

Yesterday after work I went to have my Jeep washed. The young guy and gal did not even pick up the squeegee to preach my windows. When I left my side windows and mirrors where still dirty. The prices keep going up but the service keeps getting worse. The vacuums have had out of order signs for at least 3 weeks now I am disappointed 😞

Wow! The young man at 4:30pm, Jan. 23,2024 gave us the best car wash ever! For $11 he sprayed and brushed the whole car before I started moving down the automated system. Well done for doing a good job.

No one answers the phones now, was not open On Saturday!!!! Who the heckn is running this place???? How do you make money washing cars if your closed on the weekends when all the Workin' people who have money can't spend it at your business??? Look guys if you have an oversized vehicle and need a safe, large 4x4 or RV washed quick and done right, take it to Washman's at MLK ( 99N ) and Clay St. There bays are huge and it only takes 3 minutes for a full wash and Oh yeah they are OPEN on the weekends and during the week till at least 6pm! ( No I am not affiliated with Washmans guys,) Im just tired of wasting my gas to drive out to Red Barn on hwy 212, to wash my lifted 4x4 with a light bar, only to find them closed! Multiple times!!! Maybe they have an employee issue or a management issue but for now, save your gas guys and check out Washmans they hooked me up!!!

I was attempting to review my choices of car wash options. Your attendant was pushing me to move forward There was nobody behind me and since I had not been to this location in awhile, I wanted to know my options. Your attendant was persistent, I was reviewing your board all of 1 min, he wouldn't stop pushing me. I chose to back up and leave. I will never go back. If a customer is trying to look at your board, you really shouldn't push them I was there all of about 5 minutes, this includes me backing up and leaving.
