★★★★★ This was the drop-off for my Penske truck and car carrier. Due to circumstances, I needed to leave them here overnight without my car, then return the next day to leave my car and the carrier and take the truck (to unload at my new apartment). I was at the end of a very long journey, and very exhausted. And I'm no mechanic to start with. Chris happened to be there and offered to move the truck/carrier for me (I had parked them awkwardly) and disconnect the carrier for me (a pain I was glad to avoid). He was happy to accommodate me in every way and was not only super helpful but also very nice. I wish I had real business to send their way; this is customer service worth rewarding.
