Not sure what I paid 25 dollars for. I think I have more dirt on it than before I washed it. I scrubbed the lower trim, bugs and wheels prior to entering and still have bugs and dirt I those areas. Definitely won't be returning.

Woke up sunday of superbowl took my Mercedes to get it washed, after the car wash was wiping it down notices the tire had been punctured. Took the report online left went brought a new tire. Waited my 2 to 3 business days never heard from them. Got a call today the following Saturday was told by manager she wanted to see the tire. As if im a keep a flat until they reach me. When i told her the tire has been replaced i was then told well we looked at the video and there is no way they are responsible for damage. So if the machine messes up your car i guess the thing to do is leave it there until they decide to investigate. Really disappointed safe to say i will never use this type of car wash ever again. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Finally fixed your car wash! There is always something that doesn't work from one or more of the sprayers or one of the spinny washer things...but you finally fixed it.....good job! Now try to fix one of those 17 vacuums that are out of service! P.S. could you please make your carwash wash the back of my Jeep, that'd be great.......

This is the best rainstorm location in Springfield. I have a monthly fast pass and love it. The courtesy microfiber towels, Matt cleaning services, and windex are a huge selling point. This location has free vacuums, and a very nice staff.

There are several of these in Springfield. The one next to Lowes is my favorite because there is more space and the brushes seem less abrasive on my car. Vacuum, cleaner, rags and mat cleaner included in price of car wash. For as low as 18 dollars a month, unlimited car washes. It's worth it.

More than one time I have went to this car wash on Stevenson Drive when half of it’s only working. My bank account gets debited once a month for the service. Sometimes they’re open sometimes they are close. But I will guarantee you that every month they will get their payment out of my account. Not anymore. 👎

Got a fast pass and was skeptical as I've never done that for a car wash, WORTH IT!!! Anytime I leave home I do a quick stop in here, no more than 10 minutes and car is clean! They also have a complimentary towel and cleaning equipment section. A bargain and not to miss. The staff is also super helpful and friendly.

The worst vacuums in town D; The car wash is great but the vacuums have the lowest suction I’ve ever experienced. I drive further out even though this is the closest to my house bc of how bad the vacuums are. Idk the mechanics behind good vacuum suction but if I did I’d fix theirs for free just so I could have a convenient vacuum for my weekly car clean out

A five star experience from the guy working the check in Machine to the vacuuming area. Car was washed perfectly and dried. When I want to the vacuum area they had free towels, glass cleaner and a small carpet washer. That was a first for me with the rags and spray. Good job all the way around.

This is the best car wash in town, i think. I love quick pass access that i get with my monthly membership. I go threw 2-3 times a week. No need to bring anything because they suply all you need. GOOD micro fiber towels and glass cleaner. The vacuums work really well, and they even have an air compresser thing to blow out all those hard to get areas. You get a real complete clean at Rainstorm.

Went through Circle K carwash twice got soaped up not Circle K's fault at all so not dissing them .. But Tall guy here at Rainstorm kinda chuckled said here let's get this fixed right for you and gave us the Ultimate wash for free! Awesome service , great attitudes , super friendly ,fast. Easy . Great place to go. Highly recommend it. And Absolutely will drive from Decatur to go to this Rainstorm. 5 Stars for this place👍👍👍

The experience was terrible. The price of a car wash has gone up, there were no towels or cleaners available. The vacuums hardly work. There’s almost no suction to them. Save your money and go somewhere else.
