Don’t normally leave reviews, but was extremely satisfied with this service. Wife wanted car detailed for Christmas. Got full service at AutoBell, but wasn’t satisfied. Booked Quick Shine same day (Saturday) online and booking was really easy. It seemed too easy and the website said they would arrive at my home in 2 hours. This was my first experience with a mobile detail service so I was skeptical. I didn’t think they would actually show, but...... Crew showed on time, were professional, supplied everything (even their own water), performed full detail, and the results were amazing, both inside and out. 5 year old vehicle looks like new. Stains inside from all the kids...gone! They washed, waxed, shampooed carpets, leather conditioned, door jams, wheel wells, engine, etc. Scared to drive it now. Don’t want to get it dirty. Would recommend and use Quick Shine again.

Marcel and DJ exceeded all expectations for detailing our car. They were prompt, polite, respectful and hard workers. The car looks new and they were even able to get the upholstery looking like new too. They did not leave until they had us inspect the car and make sure that everything was done to our expectations. Job well done, an easy to work with company and we would certainly recommend to anyone. Five star all the way!!

First time ever using a mobile detailing company, I had a busy weekend with a lot I had to get done and when I saw the reviews for Quick Shine, I scheduled an appointment. Very easy process through their website to schedule a date and time to work on your vehicle, even easier to reschedule your time if you need to. DJ and Marcel (I apologize if my spelling is off) arrived and met with me, they were both very polite and explained about how long the cleaning would take. They said I could stay there with the vehicle if I preferred or to go back inside and let them handle it, which I appreciated them explaining. Even through the heat, they worked relentlessly for hours and got my SUV in a better condition than it looked coming from the dealership years ago. DJ and Marcel were very professional and thorough with their work and went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn't be more impressed or thankful. Whether you're in Concord, Columbia, or Monroe, I would recommend you to seek out Quick Shine for your needs!

Quick Shine Mobile is the best. Keith is extremely professional and solid business owner. I called at 8:00 AM to set an apt and he was at my house by 10:00 on the dot. He and his partner, Eddie, were very organized and did an outstanding job on my Mazda. My car looked better than when I purchased it from the dealership. Highly recommended and I will most definitely be using them again.

Excellent Service. The guys are super nice and work very quickly but with great detail and no cutting corners. I called them at 3:45 pm and they arrived around 4:30 pm that same day, I was amazed with their customer service and efficiency. I bought the silver package and had a $10 coupon with it. They managed to get a lot of scratches out and my car looks brand new again. They also did an amazing job on the interior. I made sure to tip them well! They deserve it! I definitely recommend them!

Awful experience. They initially let me book for Wednesday and then called me and said that day no longer worked. I then booked for Friday (through their website) after we agreed upon a time and date. A couple hours before my scheduled appointment they simply cancelled on me through an automated email from the website and have not answered any calls since. Terrible service, waste of time, unprofessional.

All I can say $366 was not worth the cleaning. My car was supposed to be a deep clean and my roof linear was not even clean. I was excepting to have a very decent cleaning. Were done in less 2 hours… I excepting my car to look like new again and looks like a regular cleaning detail. Will not book with them again.

I tried booking this service based on the previous good reviews and was left disappointed. I scheduled through the website like the man(im guessing the owner) told me to. My appointment was from 8-930am. I noticed they were not here at 8:05 so i called and asked if anyone needed directions and the same man(son of owner) told me they shouldnt have a problem finding my address and they should be calling me soon. 8:20 rolls around and i call again and again and again and no one answered me. They eventually came around 840 and didnt finish until 1030. Whatever buffer they used destroyed my paint. 11/12- you can say what you want but ive never used a detailing service before and my car has never looked like that. Your detailer did something. It did take a while for me to notice-actually the honda dealership noticed and informed me when i went to get an oil change. And i gave your detailer $100 total to be exact. I paid bc i felt like he still did hard work and the inside looked good. It’s not harassment, i want others to truly be informed of the lack of professionalism and you(the son) lying. I will literally post the screenshots of everything that happened that day-with time stamps. Take accountability for your actions and Take care!

Easy to book. Arrived just slightly outside of the arrival window but no big deal. They did add on an extra $30 because our front seat wells were a bit dirty due to us having done heavy landscape work all spring. But overall we were very impressed with the cleaning both inside the car and out! The car looked brand new !! Would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend.

I wish I had "before" pictures, because the AFTER looks and smells amazing. Jay and team called to tell me they would be early, they arrived and got my Ford looking like a new car. They even got my water-stained headliner looking new! These guys are real pros, this was my first ever detail in York county but it wont be our last. Six stars if I could, we are very impressed

They will steal your money. I tried to contact this service before leaving a review and zero response. I was disappointed with the result of the gold service for the paying over $300. There were many spots I asked the service provider to clean after he asked me to look over the car. Simple issues like dead bugs on the front of the car, smudge marks around the grip handles on the interior, dirt and lint left in the carpet despite paying for them to be shampooed and vacuumed. I asked him multiple times to go back and clean these spots, but still left. Terrible attention to detail. Then I discovered he didn’t even clean or wipe down the floor pedals, many parts of the exterior left with dirt, the tires have brush marks showing on the rims and there is residue dried on the tire rims instead of fully rinsed. It seemed like there were many parts overlooked and left dirty. This car was to be sold after and I was embarrassed after promising the buyer I would have their car detailed before purchase. Their site advertises a satisfaction guarantee and top quality services leaving my car in peak condition. I am deeply unsatisfied for the service I received in exchange for the amount of money I paid. I could never recommend this company in good faith for its customer service. Updated 4/24: I do appreciate the apology for oversight and commitment to rectifying the situation. However, as stated before, I did make contact with you before posting this review. I had reached out immediately after my detailing service on December 3rd via email, but did not receive a response, not until I left this google review. I added a picture of my email I sent that was left with no response from your customer service. You should have my contact information on file to reach out with your solution to rectify this situation in accordance to your 100% satisfaction guarantee.
