I've been to all the self service car washes in the area. None of them are as easy to use or as good. With a quick spray down my car was clean. I could see out of the windows and there was no dirty spots on my car. I didn't get very involved with washing it. It was nice to see all the upgrades. I haven't been there in years. I drove away very happy. I'm going to be back often.

I moved from Aurora for almost a year and since I left I haven't been able to cancel the membership, they don't have service staff, you never answer by any means, I'm practically giving them my money for not having the means to cancel the membership

Update: Spent $10 trying out all the functions that don't work. The first self service bay didnt work so I moved to the next one. This one didnt have clear coat conditioning, no bug remover, no foam brush soap, and the high pressure rinse had some soap in it. The cord was damaged and cut my hand to the dermis and I was bleeding while trying to wash my car. Went from loving this wash to hating it in one day. This experience could not have been worse + Air Dry + Full Functioning High Pressure Wash, High Pressure Rinse, Bug Remover, Brush, Wax, etc. + Plenty of bays with vacuums + 2 Drive Thru Bays + Plenty of Space Surrounding - Slightly expensive Everything here almost always works and at a high efficiency rate. Initially I had this place rated at 4 because of the price, but after seeing how bad the other car washes are, I'm changing my review to a 5. The biggest problem with this car wash now is the amount of huge and deep potholes at the entrance. Please get this fixed

Ineffective dog wash, water pressure severely lacking, & they were out of conditioner. One of the machines wouldn't switch to shampoo for 3 minutes. Didn't try the other machine, or the car wash.

I went into one of the dog washes and part of the wash itself was down, so i hopped over to the other wash and it was covered in another dogs fur, so i begrudgingly paid and then proceeded to sanitize the machince before placing my dog in it. After getting my dog into the wash, i found that there was no way to attatch my dog into it because the clip that goes on the collar isnt there. At this point i have already paid the start up fee, so i continued thinking it would be fine, i was wrong. The water pressure was so poor that i could barely get it to penitrate my dogs double coat. I ended up paying for an 3 extra minutes in the hope that it would be enough time to wash out all of the shampoo, and again i was wrong. When that wash finally ended, with no warning i might add, I hopped over to the first wash thinking the water pressure would be better, and again was let down. The water pressure was trash, and the room was so hot i sweat through my clothes and feel like my dog needs another bath to get the spoiled smell of the room out of his fur. After finally finishing rinsing out his fur and a quick blow dry i went to clear his fur out to then sanitize the tub and found that there was no where to toss his fur, which is probably why the first machine was covered in it. $27 later, i will not be coming back to this location, as i can normally wash both of my dogs in the allotted 12 minutes at a different location. I feel cheated and disappointed

Website and app have stopped working entirely, making membership usage impossible. I've been trying for over a month, wasting money on a membership when it does not even work. Their website registration has expired, so I can't even get my membership canceled. To continue charging monthly subscription members for a service not provided is certainly an interesting business choice.

We always use Province to bathe our dogs (we have three)! It’s such a great set up and everything is always clean and in good working order. Really nice place! Highly recommend for a self serve dog wash (or to get a car wash). The price is right too! Today, the owner, Chip came out to greet us. What a great guy! He ended up giving us a free car wash after we washed our dogs, just to be nice! Really made our day!

I tried the self serve dog wash for the first time. It was great. I liked that I could wash them both at the same time. The wash has the option of shampoo and conditioner, but I just pushed the pause button while I used my own. The blow dryer was a nice feature as well. The bottom of the “tub” is a non-slip metal, but it seemed a bit rough and hard, so I brought a mat and a towel to put in there to make it a little softer for my senior guys. I wish there was more notice when the time is running out - had to restart with the $12 at one point rather than top up. In total, I ended up paying $36. However, my dogs have a ton of fur that take a really long time to rinse shampoo, conditioner, and then dry, so not a bad deal overall.

This place is hidden behind the Midas off of Illiff. I like the fact that they have touchless car wash as I don't like the brushes for car washes. I had a little issue as I paid for a wash, but I did not receive my change back. I called the number on their website, and the owner was very polite about the situation. I did not get a refund or change back but instead he gave me a code to get the platinum car wash. I originally paid for the basic gold wash, which does not do any blow drying, but getting the platinum does. Overall the car wash did a pretty good job cleaning my vehicle.

The dog wash was so disgusting my dog looked at me like, “Absolutely not. I have standards.” We walked in and were immediately greeted by a smell so suspicious I genuinely wondered if we’d stumbled into a biohazard lab disguised as a grooming station. The floor was covered in wet dog hair so thick it looked like someone had tried to build a shag carpet out of despair. I’m talking hair piles tall enough to qualify for their own ZIP code. Even a vacuum with emotional support wouldn’t attempt it. Needless to say, we did not wash my dog. We backed out slowly, like we had just interrupted a secret ritual. I would not recommend, unless your dog is due for a tetanus booster and a sense of adventure.

Super impressed today!! I bought a car wash but the wash wasn't working. I called the number listed on the building expecting a recording but actually got a live person! He had me move to a different wash (within the same location), gave me a new code to use and increased my original purchase. Thank you! The wash itself is decent. Gets the job done. I did like the dryer seems to work better than most automatic car washes.

Seems to have gotten worse. Was there 2 weeks ago. Dog hair flying from everywhere if you blow dry your pet. I actually had to clean some before I started. I may stop by and take a look to see if things changed. May need new management.

Was a great place to use automatic or self-service car wash, until a couple months ago. The app for membership wash codes no longer exists and yet the monthly auto pay membership fee continues charging. I've left voicemails on the business phone but no reply. Tried checking many times to catch the owner or someone working there but it seems like they've abandon the place. Many of the soaps and treatments appear to be empty when selecting them on the self-service wash. Sad that it's going downhill and not sure what happened. Please STOP deducting for a wash membership that I can't access!

The dog wash the worst amongst self service dog washes that I’ve been to. First, the timer continues to count down even when you have stopped using any function on the machine (even after you hit STOP/PAUSE). So that time when you’re shampooing or conditioning your dog, not using the machine, you are paying for. The machine will also let you “Top up” after your time is up but won’t start unless you give it 12 dollars. The owner was largely apathetic when called, telling me that’s just the way it is and there’s nothing he can do it about it. He did offer a free car wash, so that’s something. But you’ll end up paying double to wash your dog. Oh and it took about 7 minutes for the “blow dry” function to blow remotely warm air, so that’s 7 dollars gone. IMO: go somewhere else.

The Province Car Wash & Dog Wash on Buckley & Iliff! What a miraculous remodel Chip (the owner) had done to this place!! I came to this carwash at about 10 pm a couple years ago, and I’d say it was sketchy to say the least. It was dark, pot holes everywhere, and unappealing, and uncomfortable. I came back today not expecting a carwash to be here. I seen when the construction started a figured the car wash was done for. Yo my surprise I seen a well designed and very appealing, very friendly, and very new and clean car wash. Pulled my Escalade into one of the 8 bays, and got to washing her. The pressure of each spray was on point, the mixture was on point, the machine didn’t kick me off real quick (debit card), I didn’t have to swipe my card again, maybe 13 minutes. I mean everything about this carwash now is on point, from the building to the landscaping. Excellent job. I would highly recommend any body in the area, or even across town to come give it a shot. You won’t be disappointed, i pinkie promise! Have a great day. P.S. if you see Chip around, he’s usually chatting with customers or sweeping the grounds, or making sure everything is up to par with the equipment, tell him what ya think of his newly remodeled car & dog wash. He’s a cool dude, very responsive and likes to talk to everyone and get there feed back.
