I've been told good things about their products from detailers. I didn't know if they were a regular storefront or a supplier, so I placed a small order to test the waters. It's been just shy of four weeks and never received my order (I only live 2 hours away from Stockton, so even snail-mail should've been 2 or 3 days). I've emailed them twice, filled out their online support ticket form, and called them. The woman said someone will get back to me soon. No dice, no one has responded at all. I can't even get somebody to tell me if it shipped or not. A shame since I wanted to buy some other cleaners, etc., but I have zero confidence that I will actually receive that order. I'm glad I didn't make a big order first, although at this point I'm not certain if they're to blame or the shipper since I can't get an update. UPDATE: Just received my order a month later after calling some more and opening a PayPal dispute. I ordered two ea of "package of 12" gitums and only received 2 individual pieces. That's less than 10% of what I thought I was getting. Still nobody ever called back like they said and never got an answer on what was happening. Whatever... closed dispute and will never order from them again.

I was able to purchase hand sanitizer here. Three for$10.00 no limit. It's an instant spray sanitizer with a light fragrance, it doesn't bother my allergies. It works well and last nicely

I have been using PRODUCTION products for over 20 years for my driver training fleet as well as personal vehicles, cars motor cycles and motor homes. I also use the Antistatic Showroom Conditioner around the house. Anything I want to shine, I spray it on and wipe it off. I had the owners son for driver training and he gave me a sample of Showroom conditioner when he pulled up behind me after he got his drivers license and helped me capture a Hawk blocking the sidewalk. I still am grateful to him and the Hawk and of course to PRODUCTION products.
