Erik did an amazing job on my SUV. It had been quite awhile since I had the interior cleaned and I do not keep up with it as I should. This car looks BRAND NEW. So much so that I forgot my seats were black I literally thought they were grey (don't judge) haha! But seriously you will not regret having your car detailed by Pro touch! Marvin & the team did an exceptional job washing and cleaning my car. I went back to Pro Touch after they did a great job on my wife's Lexus and Marvin again knocked it out of the park on my black 2016 Mercedes AMG. I managed to park too close to an industrial painting project, resulting in overspray covering the entire exterior of my car. Marvin spent a full day bringing it back to a factory mirror finish. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism in which the business is run. I'll most certainly be back and will recommend the service to anyone I know is in need. I own a dog walk and pet sitting company, I have dogs in my car 5days a week. It gets filthy in there! I just booked a detail with Protouch! They are amazing!!!!! They got almost all of the pet hair out of my car which is pretty incredible. They shampooed my carpets and seats. They got most of the stains out of my seats as well. The gentleman that detail my car were polite, detailed, and did an excellent job. The best thing, they come to you! Which is perfect for my hectic schedule! I will definitely be hiring them again!

I've been needing to get my car detailed and a shine for a while but just never had any time to get it done. The service was phenomenal, it was so easy that he just came to my house. I have an Infiniti Q50 which I maintain very well so I thought, after Marvin was done touching up my car I didn't even recognize it, looked absolutely amazing. This was my first time having my car’s interior detailed/cleaned and it was badly needed! With 3 kids and a dog, my car was absolutely disgusting! I’m so busy that it was very convenient he was able to come right to my house and detail my car. Marvin came out and was extremely professional and friendly. It took a few hours to clean the car because it was honestly that bad inside, but he managed to get my SUV looking brand new!!! I love it! I didn’t even recognize the inside by the time he finished cleaning it lol! I’m SO very happy and pleased with the job he did and how hard he worked to clean the car. Marvin did an excellent job getting my 9 year old car looking good again. The work was done at my home, making it very convenient. I got the interior and exterior detailed and he spent several hours making sure he got to all necessary areas. He reviewed the service up front and made sure I was pleased with the results. The ProTouch website and online tools were easy to use and included email confirmations and reminders. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others.

I contacted Pro Touch based on the 5 star reviews and the perk of them coming to your home. I needed a specific solution to many parent problems (accidental urine leak) that happened in the winter. After several attempts to remove the smell with vinegar/soap solutions….I couldn’t take it anymore and took a leap of faith and pulled the trigger on Pro Touch. The owner, Marvin, was very professional, punctual and exceptional in his work (even in 90 degree weather😬). My car was spotless and the smell is absolutely gone and is still gone 2 weeks later. I will definitely reach out for the exterior detail once the weather cools off!
