I have been to this location a few times and service has always been top notch! They do a fantastic job cleaning and detailing. My one and only complaint would be that there isn’t really a whole lot to do as you wait. And most the time there isn’t really any place to sit while you wait. I mean, they do have a few chairs but they are usually already occupied.

I liked this place better before it became pro clean… they are always leaving the interior a mess and you can’t tell me they didn’t see this and know it needed cleaned! Not very “PRO” if you ask me!!! They have become extremely lazy at this moline location and both of the ones in Davenport!

I ordered The Works for $32. Not the best clean job: crumbs inside and bugs still on the front of the bumper area, but overall it is satisfactory for the price. The area to wait was clean and the service was great.

I drove from New Mexico & this place was recommended. Windshield still had bugs, front grill lots of bugs, vacuuming was fair at best. Will NEVER EVER use or recommend Pro-Clean.

Got the $70 detail package(everything but the shampoo). Came out awesome. Was looking place up to forward to my wife so she can get her car cleaned. Noticed the bad reviews. They did good by me! I arrived to pick my vehicle up and was given the keys and told your car is ready. The photo is what I picked up - sitting out front with the doors open unattended. I paid for the carpet shampooing as well as odor eliminator as I’d had a cat in my car. The area of carpet I requested to be cleaned was confirmed to me on the phone and when I arrived the section of carpet was completely untouched. Management was rude and dismissive when I asked why the service wasn’t complete. Wouldn’t recommend Pro-Clean if you’re looking to get your car detailed.

I went in and needed car cleaned on inside. Didn't fall for the upgrade they try to make you take but got the $32 cleaning. They were busy so I left and looked at everything down the road. I am so mad!! I could of done this good of a job and saved my money.

I waited 30-45 minutes in line because now they only have one line for full-service and one line for exterior washes. I usually go here when I'm in town because we don't have these where I live. After my most recent experience, I don't think I'll return. $32 for a basic vacuum, wash and dry! They barely vacuumed at all. They obviously didn't scrub the front before putting it through and they barely wiped it dry before sending me on my way. Highly disappointed customer right here :(

Paid $70 for Car Detailing. Most of the upholstery was "shined" up. I would not say that any actual cleaning took place. Windows are not clean, things were not wiped down, carpet was not cleaned. I have attached a few photos only.

There needs to be a serious change of attitude toward what is acceptably clean and what is not. Doors not wiped down, still stuff on the outside. Crud still on carpets. Apparently $40 doesn’t include vacuuming the full interior. That’s $70. Stay as far away from this location as possible. Was told this is how the company guidelines instruct a car to be clean. I can tell you in Rock Island they will do a great job on your car. Lesson learned.

They had my car all of 10 minutes. When they said they were done their fingers prints all over the interior doors and they didn’t vacuum until clean. When I handed him my key I told him that the ONLY thing I really care about is the windows because i vape. Totally dissatisfied. I tried to tell the guy that but he looked at me like I was stupid. Total waste of money.

The finishing work after wash os horrible. They don't even look at the wheels when they "clean them", leaving thst armor all stuff 9n my rims and bare areas they missed. Also noticed many smudges from the dirty towel that was rubbing 9n the finish when the cleaner was bumping into the body... Worst service I ever had. Never going back. And I tipped the guys 30% didn't notice the black smudges until I got home bc I could actually see in the natural light versus the shaded area of the garage they clean it in... 9hotos attached. My paint is super high gloss almost mirror like. The camera phone makes ot hard to focus on the smudges due the paint reflective properties... Smudges on the passenger side, the rear cargo door, the hood, 8n 3 places, and the driver side front and rear passenger side as well.as rear driver side. I jade to pay another company 300 for a detail and added a ceramic treatment t9 protect my paint .

DON’T GO HERE FOR A DETAIL!!! I paid $120 to have my car detailed, and they did an absolutely pathetic job. When I picked my car up, the guy told me to look over it and make sure I was happy. There was still dirt all over my car and my windows were filthy. There were still bugs all over my vehicle!! When I pointed the issues out, he said “I could run it through the wash one more time.” I was told they would wax my entire vehicle. Clearly they ran it through the wash and that’s all. The only thing I know they did in the 2 hours that they had my car was shine the tires. An absolute waste of money. A $10 touch free automatic wash does a better job than a $120 full service detail at this place. I took my car home and had to do it all over myself.

Never again. Normally I wash my own cars, but it was superbowl Sunday, so I figured I'd stop for a quick wash. Pull up and get the best one they have at $38. It comes with interior vacuum and window cleaning. Nope! Windows are streaky and still have prints (grandkids). I didn't expect them to be perfect, but I don't think they touched them. Their hand dry is a joke, I mean they did get it dry, but don't use lint free cloths so now I have red lint all over the vehicle. Just terrible and shoddy all around. Will never be back! Windows are hard to see the prints/streaks in the pictures but they are there.

SAD! I stopped coming here because the service was getting worse. It's been a few months and I figured I would stop by today for a quick wash. I bought the $22 wash but wish I paid the 10 bucks instead. I live around the corner and parked in the garage. Just look at the pics, dirt all over the back and at the bottom of the car. Only 2 rims were wiped down but the passenger side not even touched. Definitely won't be back again. What a waste of money. SAD!
