Aaron did and outstanding job on my explorer both inside and out. I had my doubts, as the car had survived 2 toddlers and 2 dogs for quite a few years but he worked his magic and the vehicle looks brand new! The process from start to finish was easy, transparent, and worth every penny. Can’t stress enough the level of detail out into it. I will definitely be back for future details on our other vehicles.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided! My daughter projectile vomited in my car around 6pm. James answered after hours and made sure I got into a garage the next morning to get detailed! They an amazing job and my car looks and smells brand new. Customer service from everyone was exceptional! From start to finish the red carpet was laid out! I high recommend!

Aaron is AMAZING!! He came out to my place and did an interior clean of my family workhorse vehicle. I wanted my car detailed as we have an upcoming family wedding and I wanted the salt, food, stains and grime removed before driving my guests around in their fancy clothes. My car looks brand new!! Pristine Stem Wash is a shop I would go to again. I spoke with James on the phone, originally he gave me a date to bring the car into the garage, it was two days too late. He said bring it in and we will work on it in between other cars. It was beautiful when we picked it up! The shop pulled off a home run! I will go back. Thank you for all of the help. 10/10 Would Recommend! Sheeeesh what a fantastic interaction and service with detailing our couches and lazy boy chairs! Aaron was very communicative about the appointment time and reminders via email. The payment process was easy and simple and the service amazing. Our chairs and couch look cleaner and smell fresh. He was very realistic about what to expect when it came to normal wear and tear and what spots were obtainable to be removed!
