What is going on at this station? For a few years I had the $35 monthly membership. The free vacuums have caused nothing but problems by people who aren't even customers parking at the pumps and blocking access to the car wash waiting for a vacuum making it difficult to do either getting fuel or a wash! I had enough and canceled my membership! Now that they have them out back, they should remove them from the front and get rid of that problem! So, I continue to get my cigarettes there but now, I have to pull out my license every time I go in there to purchase them when the scanning is to check a minors age. The only place that does that to every customer no matter how old you are and being a regular! So, now I go across the street to Speedy. I am sure that they appreciate the $4,000+ a year of my business.. I need to quit but will purchase there until I do!

They are living up to their name. I was super happy with the professionalism of the staff esp..H/M Gomes. It was a warm welcome and I appreciated that. They go above and beyond for their clients. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants their car detailed or just washed; truly worth it!!

The monthly pass is great! Prestige is growing fast and for only $20 a month you get 1 free wash a day if you want. 2-3 washes a month already pays for the pass.

My vehicle was damaged while going through this car wash when the exit door came down onto the hood, damaging both the hood and the emblem. I spoke with a representative on site, who acknowledged it was a mistake and instructed me to file an incident report for repairs. It is unprofessional and unacceptable for an exit door to close while a vehicle is still in the wash process. This situation should never happen. Avoid this location.

The gas station is the worst run business that I have ever seen. On a cold windy day I was running low on gas so I got off of the highway and pulled into yhe firat gas station I passed and it was this one. I parked at a pump and went to go in ,but the door was locked. This was the middle of the day around 1:40p.m. on Friday 12th of Secember 2025. As I already mentioned it was cold and windy so standing atvthe door was not a pleasant experience. So I knocked on the door, the knock was not very audible. I waited what seamed like a long time because of the conditions but it was probably only 32 or 3 minutes. I then saw a worker from the carwash and asked if the gas station was open3 and he said yes , they are probably in the bathroom. There was no be right back sign or amything. So not knowing if my knock on glass could evem be hers, I took a coin from my pocket and used it to strike the metal part of the door ( to let whoever may have been inside that there was a customer attempting to get in and do buisness.) I then stood there for another 2 minutes thinking that I should have already cut my losses and went somewhere else, but i figured in for a penny in for a pound. I have already waited at least 8 or 9 minutes so I will stick it out. So after another 2 minutes or so I knocked with the coin a second time, to no response. So I waited another minute or so for a total of at least 11 minutes and just as I was going to walk away the bathroom door opened and a very disinterested young woman slowly sauntered tward the door. Never looking in my direction like a waitress avoiding eye contact because they are too busy to check on you. We have all been there. Anyway when she got to the door she unlocked it and then pushed the door opened aggressively I was standing right next to it so the door made contact with me. (In no way was I injured or even really bothered by it, just surprised. I then entered the store and as soon as I did I was accosted by the employee saying loudly " Are you the one who was hitting the glass?!!" I said no but you bet I was knocking, it is cold out there. She didn't like my response so she became more aggressive and started yellong at me that I shouldn't have done that and that she was in the bathroom, and whats wrong with me hitting the glass like that. I never had the chance to correct her aboit the coin on the mettal but that was inconsequential. After being berated for a bit, I said "Are you really giving me a hard time for knocking on the door?" She said "Yes I was in the bathroom!" I said that I didn't know that. I had no idea who was where I just wanted to let whoever was there that a customer was at the door. I would think that you would have apologized for not having a sign or for making me wait not berating me for knocking. Well that set her off. She shouted "Are you telling me what I should say!!!? That's it I am not serving you!" I asked why and she said "Because I don't have to." I was befuddled. I stood there kind of shocked at what had just transpired. Just after she finished talking another customer came in so I quickly moved aside to let him do his buisness. He was a kind and friendly man who was processing his lottery winnings. We spoke briefly he asked why I let him go. So I relayed the quick story of what had just happened and said the she is refusing my buisness and that I would be leaving after his buisness had concluded. He then introduced himself to the cashier and spoke to her briefly and asked her if as a favor to him she would wait on me she quickly sain No way I am aaiting on him. I also said that I was all set I just wanted to wait until he was done to apologize. So he left another woman walked in and made quick work of her buisness. Then I took a moment when it was just the cashier and I to say that I was sorry if my actions made her day any worse than it had to be. I only knocked because I was cold. I apologized to deescalate the situation and to calm down the situation. So I left and went down the street and got gas.

When I was picking out a wash for my car, Alex was very helpful and took the time to explain the different wash options to me so I could choose what worked best. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service all around.
