Scam business operation that preys on the elderly. My elderly hard of hearing father was scammed into a monthly fee for a membership that he REPEATEDLY stated he did not want - he wanted a one time car wash and was charged for a platinum membership with a recurring charge put on his card. When he stated he wanted a refund since this was NOT A SERVICE THAT HE ASKED FOR he was told there was no way to handle this. Disgusting sales practices, the three employees working midday who conned him into this on 11/15/25 should be fired, as should the manager who is training them to scam customers to get a subscription service.

Good service, easy to activate, easy to cancel the platinum plan. They washed my car very well and dried it very well. The vacuum cleaner has a powerful suction. I recommend it.

What kind of employees do they have working here? There's a closing time, and they always close early! The drying machine doesn't work, and the service is crap! I'm canceling my membership. There are places that charge less and have better prices!

Initially, they were excellent, but now even the vacuums don't work; only 3 out of all of them are functioning. I paid for their most expensive membership only to receive a subpar car wash compared to their other locations.

Most unprofessional people I have ever met, just simply asked a question, him and his partner start mumbling things to each other. They charged my card the wrong amount called with no answer. I will never go back to this place. Hire people with at least a bit of professionalism.

My husband went before Christmas with his work truck. They offered a $1 car wash saying it was a holiday special. My husband did not want to sign up for anything. He was assured he would not be. He used his debit card for wash and now you we got a charge for 49.95. When I reached out. We got no answer. This was at the prestige in N Reading Ma. If a manager reads this I want my money back!

I'm a frequent customer at this location. Before, everyone seemed unmotivated, but I visited today and the atmosphere is completely different. They're all friendly and polite to the customers. The new manager, the Puerto Rican guy, is very nice and attentive. That's definitely what this location needed.

I went because I had a problem with my membership. I mean, the first time I went there was a problem, but the new guy who's in charge of the store was very attentive and polite. Besides being very friendly, I noticed that the employees are very attentive and charismatic with the customers. Jhorman and his team are doing a great job; keep it up! I see you as a great team leader.

I loved the attention and customer service provided by the new guy in charge; he's very friendly, and every time we go, he makes my wife and me feel welcome. We've already grown fond of him, and I hope they keep him at this location because this place used to be awful, but this guy truly loves his job. I don't know his name, but we love you, Puerto Rico! I hope you keep up the great work!

I always take my car to this car wash; I've been going for three years and I've always liked it. But today, I'll never go back. The way an employee treats you is unbelievable, just because you don't speak Spanish. After he explained the membership to me, I politely told him no because I didn't have a stable income to pay the monthly fee, and he thought I didn't understand English. He walked away and told his coworker, "Stupid Latina." Seriously, do they employ people like this? I asked him his name, and he ignored me. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, and he said he was the one. When I approached the junior clerk at the entrance and asked his name and who he was, he said no, he wasn't the manager. I then asked the salesman's name; it was David. I never had a bad experience at this location. Later, I found the manager cleaning outside and told him what happened. He was very helpful, but people like that salesman shouldn't be working here. Thanks to your team and the manager for listening to me and trying to resolve the problem, but I will not be returning to this place. This happened yesterday. I hope you take action on this.

Purchased a new truck on 1/6/26. Upon purchasing the truck I personally inspected the rims on my hands and knees and they were 100% perfect. On 1/8/26 as a monthly member, I visited Prestige at their North Andover location to switch my membership to my new truck and go through the wash. A few days later when I could actually see my truck in daylight, I noticed scratches and gouges on 3 of my rims. These gouges had fresh grease in them that I was able to rub out with my thumb so I knew it was recent damage. I had only been through the car wash once since I purchased the truck, at this specific location. Upon noticing the damage, I visited the wash and showed the damage to the on-duty manager. The employees on site were very friendly and respectful and gave me a tablet to fill out an incident report. Later that day I received an email that I would receive a response within 5-10 business days. A little crazy of a timeline but I just hoped I would hear back sooner. After waiting 2 weeks with no response I reached out to them for an answer. I was told that the poodle brush was “designed to be soft and flexible” and was not capable of the damage. Additionally, it was stated that upon coming out of the wash I left the property and did not immediately report the damage. Yes, after pulling out of a reputable carwash, like any normal person I left, assuming that my truck would be in the same condition as when I pulled in. As a monthly member I wasn’t aware that I would need to exit my vehicle and inspect it for damage every time I left your wash. The brushes may be “designed to be soft” but there is also the possibility of mechanical failure as well as something from another vehicle getting caught in a brush. No different than when sand and dirt accumulate in the rotary brushes and scratch your paint. Not being satisfied with the initial response I requested to see the video of my rims entering and exiting the wash which would be a definitive answer as to whether the damage happened there or not. I was told that I could not see the video “due to privacy concerns” as a customer or employee might be able to be seen in the video. Unless the customer exited their car and laid on the ground to be seen by the rim camera I find that highly unlikely. I don't need the whole landscape either. Simply zoom in on the rims and show a screenshot. This lack of transparency leads me to believe that the video shows something they do not want to share. If you are so convinced that you have no liability here then simply show the video of the truck entering and exiting and its case closed. Accidents happen in business and all anyone can do is attempt to make things right. It wasn't so much that the rims were damaged but rather how the company handled it afterwards. The lack of effort and timeliness of response was truly disappointing. Just a boiler plate e-mail response denying any responsibility. No personal touch, no indication that they actually care about their paying customers. Another reason to support your local independently owned carwash vs a corporation. I’ve cancelled my membership and will do my business elsewhere.
