Machine would not take paper money, pumped in quarters, got it to work , no soap until 2 minutes elapsed. Not a well maintained facility, unfortunately, wasn’t always that way, used to be nice.

Been coming here a long time. Every since the price went up to 3.25 there has been no soap. 3 times in a row. Unless they invented invisible formless soap. Not to mention it looks like a junkyard in the back by the vacuums. Wont be back.

Very nice. Charges as you go. Actually has soap that works in the self wash bays!

Went there last week and this week. Rip off. No soap either time. Who washes car with only water. You would think they would check to make sure soap dispensers have soap in them. No one there to tell them. They just take your $$$.

Nice for a DIY guy like me. I was very excited to learn I can use my credit card to pay for my wash time. I don't have to play beat the clock or wrestle with quarters anymore.

Poorly maintained. No soap at all, the switch on the wall was useless, good pressure from pressure hose, but that's it. 4 minutes for 5$. Not sure how they got a bunch of 5 star reviews just recently. Seems suspect.

Place isn’t maintained very well. Just had a wash yesterday and I didn’t get soap pumping until 2 minutes into my wash. So it’s more like a 3 minute wash with 2 minutes of forced water…happened to me back in the summer and the guy that lives next door came and refunded me but at this rate it’s not even worth it much more. Beware!

I am not very impressed with the fact that my truck still had salt on it when the wash was completed. I wonder whether they are reusing salty water or whether they just don't have enough soap. It seems like a rip-off/scam for this price. The five minutes aren't long enough to do a complete wash without rushing. The floors of the wash bays are grimy with dirt and grit. I don't think I will come back.

Premier car wash is a nice car wash if you are a do it yourself carwasher. My truck will not fit in a drive-through touchless so I have to go to a do it yourself car wash. It accepts cards and cash. Parking lot is a bit small.

Does exactly what you need it to do, allows you to manually wash your car. Cost me $10 for a complete wash and wax, and it would’ve only been $9 but I forgot to stop the timer. This is the place to go if you value your car and want to clean it the right way.

The gentleman who owns this establishment and his friend who owns the home next door were kind enough to get in touch with me after finding my son's lost wallet in one of the bays. I don't experience or expect this type of honest and helpful behavior from most humans these days. This car wash definitely has my business and that of my family going forward!

Not bad if you like to do it yourself. Upgraded machines that accept credit cards a big improvement. Didn’t realize the machine took cards so went right out and got $10 of quarters then used my card. Counted the change when I got home. The change machine counted short. Maybe they charge you to get change now. Seems kinda petty if the short change count is for real. I actually hope it was just a machine count error. Three stars because I feel they shouldn’t charge you for change to use their wash. If they are shorting everyone using the change machine that’s just wrong.

Love this car wash. Many different soaps and waxes for different car areas. And you van pay with a credit card. There is no need for quarters. Cleaned up my 2007 VW EOS just fine.

I really wanted to give this place five stars, but after what happened, I simply can’t. I’m not sure exactly which step of the process went wrong (I think presoak), but after washing, I noticed brownish spots on the chrome trim of my brand-new truck, which is only a few weeks old. Now I’ll have to spend another $20 on a metal finisher to see if it will fix the problem. I don’t think this place is chrome safe! I felt really bad about giving this place only one star. So I changed it to 3 stars. I was able partly to clean the brown spots of my trim using metal finisher. Which cost me $50. They did over charge me extra $5 as others have mentioned. This place could be a great spot for washing cars, but it needs improvements! The spray gun is heavy and if your truck is tall you need steps to wash the roof. Difficult to keep the spray gun over the head all the time. The power washer is powerful, maybe a bit too powerful. The long brush is too short and also heavy. They don’t have doors which also sucks. You want to wash your car without sun hitting the car and it would help in the winter too.

I've been using this car wash lately and have been happy with it. However, when I went the other day, I had a bad experience. After I swiped my cc and turned the nozzle on, I learned the hard way that the hose was cracked. I was instantly soaked. I hit the stop button right away, but apparently was still charged the $5. Then I went to a different bay only to find very low water pressure. I was only able to use the rinse function because there wasn't enough pressure to wash away what little soap I had already sprayed. It took longer and cost more to simply rinse my car in addition to what I'd already spent for my personal shower. Since I've used this car wash before and been happy with it, I'll give it another try, but another experience like the other day and I'll be done.

Not a bad little car wash in West Webster. It’s good for your muddy truck or a quick rinse. Could use some more asphalt rather than stone driveway that’s kind of rough. Update a year later: the driveway is fixed and perfect for washing your car.
