The detailing that was done was great. You did however miss the trunk. The whole reason was to get the smell out and any remaining varmints. I got to Wendy’s area in GH and the smell was back. As soon as I pulled back into the garage it was horrible. My car is now for sale with a huge loss. I’m glad at least my insurance is covering this.

They came and picked up the car and took it to their shop because of a medical condition. They were on time and polite and responsible for all the items that were or were not in the car. They return the car early in fabulous shape. the driver walked through the whole car with me, I’m in the whole car. They’re very proud of the work and the job they did. They should be the car was a mess. It had been driven across country with a husky and me smelled like a husky then and McDonald’s at the same time. I was amazed at how close and knew everything looked Especially at the roof liner just because the husky Huskies hair would rub on it. I would use them over and over again

Had my driver and passenger windows tinted to match the rear ones, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Conner and Hunter were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job, the tint looks perfect. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. What really stands out is the story behind Premier Auto Styling, the owner started tinting cars in high school and has grown it into a first-class shop for anything auto cosmetic. I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I purchased a “new to me” Harley this spring which had a show room finish on it. I wanted to protect the finish so I began researching. I found this company who applies a ceramic coating so I call them, I tell them, I commute 1/2 mile down a dirt road to reach my home and am worried about the dust and such that goes along with that. They assure me that using their service would not be regrettable at all. They quote me for $900 and we schedule a day to drop off and pick up. A day after I drop it off, they call and ask to keep it one day longer due to being backed up. I replied yes, keep it as long as needed as I would prefer them to not rush the job. So now when I pick it up, from a far it looked great. As I look closer, there were bugs still splattered along the front so I point them out, they tell me, “those are paint defects” so I (with my finger) scrape a couple of bugs off in front of them. They then went in the back and brought out a spray bottle and rag and cleaned them off. There was soap dried to the dash (which is touch screen), to make it worse, when I arrived home, I get off and there was dust STUCK to the entire bike as if some sticky substance was sprayed across the bike. At this point, after not $900 but $1200 later, I am obviously upset. I then call, text and email for a response to resolve this issue, when they finally answered, they assured me it was nothing they did. They very reluctantly agreed to try to make any repairs needed if I were to return the bike. So I returned the bike and when they were finished I received a text which stated, “your bike is out front with the key fob in it, please pick it up and never step foot on any of our properties again”. I replied with, “ though this is not very professional I must ask, am I going to be refunded for the 4 free washes that were included with the service” I never received a response. The agreed process was they would wash the entire bike professionally, complete a paint correction service, then apply the ceramic coating which was guaranteed to be a 10 year service to include 4 free washes during the 10 year period. This company is not professional at all, they do not handle criticism at all nor do they pay attention to details what so ever. I was more than Professional with all communications yet did not receive the same curtesy.

Just glad they did not have enough time/product for my front windshield! I looked outside of Grand Rapids for “quality” services just to be provided the opposite of that. The photos are from the next morning of the job. All of the tints now are bubbled/peeling. After finding the tool that they used for the tinting, I realized why my car was scratched in some areas. They kept my car for an extra day & still asked me to come back for the front windshield for a job that was booked a few weeks in advanced. Due to the condition that my car was left in, I will not be going back & instead will have to pay someone else to remove and replace the tint, not including someone to try to fix the scratches. The team did offer to fix this but would you take your car back to the same place that scratched it? Edit: Response to the business: The appointment was under my boyfriend’s name. This is the correct company, Mitten Mobile/Premier Auto Styling in Norton Shores/Muskegon Area. The “Slanderous” review is left under the correct shop. If you believe the review was slanderous imagine how it felt to receive a bad & damaging service.

I brought my 2026 Supra to Premier Auto Styling after noticing a small scratch, and the team did an amazing job! Mason was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain the process and made sure my car looked flawless. You’d never even know there was a scratch to begin with, it looks brand new again! I’m so impressed with their attention to detail and customer service that I’m already planning to bring my Supra back for PPF and window tinting. Silver package ceramic coating and ceramic tint 15% all around 40% on the windshield. Couldn't be happier! These guys know what they're doing and their customer service is top notch, even gave me a ride home when I dropped my RAM off. Fast turnaround and clean work, when I got home from getting it back I couldn't stop staring at my truck and touching the silky smooth finish. Definitely recommend these folks and if more work is needed, I'll be coming back to them to take care of my needs.
