Detailing done RIGHT! He was on time and super friendly. They informed me of an emergency concerning the owner and sent out an employee names Will to tackle the job on his own. Will told me all his plans, including a deep conditioning of the leather, and asked if I had any pacific concerns to address. Will was able to get ALL of the crud out of the honeycomb grill AND cleaned up hard water stains on the rims from parking in front of sprinklers. NO OTHER retailer has been able to do those two things!! He left my three year old car looking brand new and we discussed options for the next visit. He is super trustworthy and I look forward to having them out again!
