Over paid for the service done to my vehicles they broke one of wiper clips on my truck and didn't even report it they removed my custom antenna and lost the threaded adapter on it had to redo a spot clean at home since this guy's aren't very good when it comes to detailing a vehicle.The owners are very kind but they need to keep a close eye on there employees

Overpriced crappy service I asked for a handwashing it was basically a guy with a brush going over the car once I’m rinsing it down technically that’s not a hand wash and the guy could care less that was doing it when I asked for the hand wash the guy wanted me to run through the drive-through car wash and I told him no I asked for a hand wash so he ended up getting attitude with me and did a crappy job Of washing my truck when I was there I was able to take a look inside the drive-through car wash to Bristol look all worn out and tore up with a bunch of mud stuck in between them I wouldn’t suggest going through the car wash and less you want swirls and scratches all over your paint. The heavyset girl at the cashier is also a cxxx. Save your money go somewhere else or washer yourself

Great wash they so dualies no extra cost, just they miss the same áreas on many vehicles, take several vehicles to this place, just make sure I get my quik detailer to the small touch ups

Worst experience, I'm a truck owner, I owned a Tacoma, I've been twice on this business and has been 2 of 2, bad experience: Interested in washing your truck, your ROOF is not included, your Bull Bar is not considered completely part of your truck, your front grill, if isn't easily accessible will not be cleaned (you have to ask for it) The "drier man" is responsible for all dirt not removed, do not ask anyone else, The "armor-all man" is responsible only for what he sees, you have to ask all black trimmings to be included in your already paid package, this is for the inside and outside. The "Supervisor" the lady with a big smile, she thinks that this is the only thing (smiling) she needs to do in order to keep Customers, they will kept at least this time but not the next and after all she got mad for all these quality issues. Customers be aware! Keep your money and time for a better local Business.

Horrible experience, not your money worth at all. Took my car paid for the SuperShine $40 dollars and requested handwash. Thinking it would be a job well done. Boy, was I wrong!!!! It was not handwashed like requested, bug residue still visible on car front and window, windows had streaks and water spots, the hand wax I paid for was mediocre it still had wax streaks in many places, to top it off not even my car roof top was waxed or hand dryed, like they said it was included in package I had paid for. Water spots still visible. Also the armour all was not done in or out. I had to let the girl know that the armour all was not done inside cause thats what I noticed first, and told the guy to remove atleast some water spots on the roof. I asked if they had done wax on top and he said they only do wax on the sides. I was shocked with the job, I didnt want to make it a big deal and point out all the things, i was in shock. I drove off went to Autozone and bought the microclothes to remove the wax residue and cleaned my windows with windex and bought the armour all to apply to the outside because they even missed that too. Really, the place may look reputable but not the service which is what your paying for. Its not like my car was a mess because it isnt its brand new 3 months old, so I've kept in good condition. But really disappointed with the service. I will not be a returning customer nor do will I recommend it, go else where and get the job done right.

First of all, I live in Austin where car wash/detailing will run you $180. So, every time I visit my family in Laredo, I get my car washed here. For $30-$40 my entire car inside and out is washed. They even get the little stains out of the back seat and floors from my daughters frequent food and drink spills. The lines are a little long, but with that price point, I am not surprised. Pro tip- drop your car off and get a friend to pick you up. Have them call you when your car is ready and drive out with a like new, clean car!

The service was horrible! Never going back. You shouldn't go to this so called car wash. Ni armorall, hardly vacuumed only in certain areas, windshields weren't cleaned, I had spilled a little bit of a soft drink and asked specifically to have that cleaned also the back of my small SUV. the back probably wasn't even opened the stick drink still on the door handle and some liquid was left in the cupholders. I only asked for interior cleaning and didn't get anything cleaned.

I love the attention they give me, been going there for a while now. But it just seems that the techs that clean our cars are getting lazier and lazier. Just today, I witness two techs not following direction to a tech that I am assuming is their supervisor. Also, they keep not vacuuming my vehicles properly. Its very disappointing that this once great car wash is now becoming what I just described above.

I went today to wash my car... And i pay $23 for armor all in the interior and the tires... The just pas my car for the washing machine and apparently they forgot about the armor all... They just "clean" the inside ... Not worth what you pay... And not air freshener at all.

Horrible service, I paid more than 60 dlls and the truck was with dust inside and you can see the armorall with lines with dust. Not recommended at all.
