I paid for a detail of my truck today. I spoke to Robert when he was finished (unsure if he is employee or owner) to pay. He was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. His response to my questions were, "I don't know", and "look online". I chose this company based on reviews, but I couldn't believe how I was treated for asking simple questions. I spent $130 today & was willing to spend 3x that amount for a great detail but because Robert didn't even want to be on the phone with me they lost that business. And me as a future customer.

Best car detailer I've had in my life! I had some extra problematic areas in and on my car (gum in the rug, and scratches/scuffs i inflicted while trying to "rub out" stuck bugs) and they're absolutely pristine clean now. My car looks like it's brand new driven right off the showroom floor. Not overstating it. William went above and beyond, taking extra time to educate and text me resources to help me take the best care of my car until the next time I have them back to work their magic on my baby. A+! I AM SO HAPPY

Excellent service. I was looking for a mobile detailer for my employer who could come out the next day. We needed inside and outside detailed plus the carpet shampooed on 3 vehicles. They did an amazing job. Very professional and thorough. Price was very reasonable. We will be using them in the future and I will also use them for personal detail jobs as well.

Excellent job and amazing service every single time. I would highly recommend this detailing service for regular maintenance and any restoration needed to your vehicle. My rear spoiler was completely oxidized and discolored. After a full service my car looks like I just drove it off the dealer lot..actually even better!! Book your appointment ASAP!! Poseidon is the only car detailing company I will ever use. From their easy online booking, high communication to their phenomenal job. I have 2 shedding dogs and most times I have my mothers 2 shedding dogs, so 4 big shedding dogs in the back of my Suv. Poseidon gets the car complete clean and looking like it just came off the car dealership lot. Their pricing is very reasonable. If you need a mobile car detailer give Poseidon a call.

I called and spoke with Robert and he scheduled to come over and do a test site on the car. He did just that and explained what he needed to do and provided a quote. We agreed and he showed up to my house and polished the car. It came out 100 times better than I thought it would. I was not home but my wife sent me pictures and the car looked great in the photos and even better in person. My neighbor saw my car and is considering using Robert to do his F350 truck. Robert answered all my text quickly and was very polite and professional. If you need oxidation removed and waxing call Poseidon Auto Detailing. I would recommend them to anybody.
