I have been using this company for about a year now. They came highly recommended by a friend and ever since I started booking car washes with them I could never go back to any other place. I hated taking my car to get “washed” and then having to come home and finish spot cleaning or vacuuming areas that I paid to have cleaned. With Platinum you will never have that problem. They are so convenient, price is fair, service and staff are amazing!! I’ve had my car detailed with them several times now and they always leave it feeling brand new. Love them! Book them! I saw that Platinum Auto Detail was running a special on paint correction and ceramic coating so I thought I’d give it a go. I sent a message inquiring and Alan replied promptly. We set up a date for the first car and Alan arrived on time and ready to go. He worked for about 6 hours straight and was able to bring the luster back to my 2017 Mustang making it look great. We set the date for my second car a week later and the communication was easy and prompt. On the date agreed upon, Alan arrived on time once again and went to work. He made my dull black Charger shine and just about all swirls and minor scratches disappear. Alan is polite, prompt, and professional and I would definitely recommend the service provided by Platinum Auto Detail if you are in the SCV and looking for a ceramic process.
