So I had Already did a review and I gave Mike five out of five stars. I don’t know if it was something that went unnoticed or anything, but I had bought in a 2012 Hyundai ELANTRA sedan from Mike and the process was easy. He was really nice but about three weeks after owning the car, I started to have problems and had to drop about $1000 into the car and now today I think this is like three or four maybe five months after I got the car and I took it to My Mechanic just to get some maintenance onto it. Just regular maintenance and My Mechanic told me that I have to put a whole new engine into the car. Because the engine was shot, the cylinder were not getting any compression, and there was already a few cylinders that had died in the car

Mike @ Planet Motors was awesome. I have horrible credit Not a large down payment But he listened and offered to help me get some wheels. As a result, I was finally able to get back on the streets again, and I couldn't have done it without his help. So check these guys out for your next wheels. If a guy like me can get wheels, then pretty much anyone can.

I have had a long up and down few years and have been without a car for a while. Frankie and Mike both were really understanding to my current situation. They took the time to answer all my questions as this would have been my second time getting a car. Frankie is really welcoming, definitely makes you feel comfortable, understanding, and informative. She seemed as my mom said “a normal “person”. Mike made me feel comfortable in understanding everything even the finances. He made sure everything was good to go on my car, he filled fluids, explained when I would need an oil change, and told me if anything happens to it to bring it to him. Mike spoke with my mom about her car and even helped her out with advice about an issue she’s having even though it wasn’t one of his cars. This business has been a blessing to me, they have taken a chance on me, and everyone is friendly. Thank you again so much you guys really saved me ❤️‍🩹

If I could give a zero i would. No one cares about customer service. Not a single person to greet. And they’re all doing a sloppy job. You can see the cars jacked up in a painful way. Worst car repair shop. Don’t recommend! Run away as fast as you can.

Highly Recommend!!!! Planet Motors can give a quote same day unlike most places that schedule you months later. They are honest and very passionate about the work they do in the cars and they take pride into your vehicles. Mike got me on the books within a wk and was very persistent with me. He was able to get me a new grill along with prepping my new bumper before my car was even in the shop. They got the work done within 3days and I am so happy with the job, my car now looks brand new! Mike was awesome as.he dealt with us and our craziness with the ins and outs of purchasing a car. We are so excited about the Dodge Charger.....as this is my BFs new ride after many years of being without a car. Thx for everything and being our go to man for the best deal.
