Let me go in and use their vacuum, my truck was broken into when visiting they allowed me to go in and vacuum out all the glass on my son's car seat and inside the truck. I called ahead of time to verify if the vacuum was free I let them know I didn't need to purchase a carwash seeing as I didn't have a window. The attendant was super kind.

Great customer service. Was different from the huebner location but still did a great job cleaning the car. The staff is always very courteous and professional. Never had am issue and if help is needed they are there to answer any question or provide assistance. Vacuums are free with wash and are excellent. Reccomend this place. They offer a membership as well which is amazing with texas sand and dirt blowing everywhere. Unlimited washes a month with membership is totally worth it

0 reviews. Washing my car really was 60$ here because the carwash broke my window shield wiper. Managers did not want to be held responsible I s/w Nicholas and edgard. Will not be going there anymore.

Good wash and decently priced. Have techs on site that guide you in and sponge the bumpers and windshield. Offers free vacs after the wash which is a huge plus and they have plenty of reach and great suction power.

Just went through a few days ago and now my car has spots all over the front and side hoods! My car is not cheap so I hope whatever this residue is comes off bc water has not helped! Will not be coming back. Beware.

Just washed my truck, when drying windows, mirrors I noticed all my rims were filthy as heck. Untouched. Called manager he said, " oh the machine doesn't touch rims." Well then, shouldn't the attendant of scrubbed em down at least. I paid top of the line money. I should've gotten out of there with a spotless vehicle! If I could give them zero stars I definitely wouldve!

DONT COME HERE!!!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE AND GET YOUR CAR HAND WASHED. REALLY check your car before you go in. I came here last Saturday (3/31/18), wanting to try them out since they were a little cheaper. And well, I got what I payed for. The customer service was terrible, their machines are terrible, it was just an over all HORRIBLE experience. Before I went in the machine I told the manager that my girl said she got her car scratched here before and asked if I would be good. He said your car will be fine, he then ensured me that they have video footage so if anything happened they’d go back and check. I should’ve known better because no cheap car wash video is gonna be that clear. After the wash I started checking my car and I see a bunch of random scratches. I tell the manager and to keep things short this clown tried to say that my BRAND NEW CAR! Had them before I went into their terrible machines and that someone tried to fill in the scratches. Interesting. Either way. Look for yourself on the pictures. Nothing else can cause scratches like that besides a crappy machine. DON’T GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. THEY LIE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF WHAT THEY MESS UP.

The car wash was good. The vacuums had power that was amazing since it helped get beach sand out. Other places have towels and window cleaner available and left some spots.

I did the $11 car wash and this car wash scratched the heck out of my car!! And it didn't even fully dry my car or even really clean it. I still have marks that wasn't gotten and they were easy marks I wiped off with my fingers. Very disappointed and upset with all the scratches on my car.

Horrible!!!! Didn’t even wash the back of my car correctly! No towels at all! I don’t know why there 2 people at the wash the girly is literally just standing there when she could have helped me with the selection because I had a question. Never again coming here. I spent $19 for nothing!

The people working there when I used the wash the first time were great. Unfortunately, the “basic” wash was sub-par for the price. I am use to areas in the front and back not being washed wall with drive through washes but there was stuff on the side of my vehicle that didn’t get cleaned off. Also the rinse left a lot of excess soap on the sides of my vehicle because only the rainfall rinse seamed to be working and not the nozzles that normally spray the side. Perhaps some equipment was broken that day but in that case shouldn’t we get a discount or a notice before purchase?

Great wash and vacuums. Employee noticed they didn’t get all of the bugs off - we live in the country- no car wash ever gets them all, but they sent us through again and gave it a good scrub down! Appreciate great service like that. Will wash my car here every time we visit San Antonio.

Looked busy so I thought I'd give it a try. Came out noticed a door ding in drivers side door thinking it must of just happened. Vaccumed my car mad and left. Pull up to my work and notice a bunch of more fresh scratch on top and drivers side. Me being stupid didn't grab the string of receipts to keep mine 9/18/17

The carwash experience was horrible!!! My truck came out of the wash with several scratches and the staff did nothing but offer me another carwash. I asked several of my friends that live in the area if they use pirate's carwash they answered with a big HELL NO never again and I feel the same way!!!!!

I love this place for its vacuums but the last two washes have been awful. Both times my car was still soapy and dirty. Today I paid for a bug soak and didn't get it. The wash broke today and there was a line of cars waiting. I know things happen but why allow us to keep buying washing and then we pile up waiting for it to turn back on. I thought I had found a hidden gem and apparently not. Thankful I didn't buy the monthly membership.

Great place. $15 for the not wax highest option. Paid $1 for a micro fiber towel and $2 for bug scrub. After a long trip there were a lot of bugs and seemed to get them off. The free vacuums worked great. High powered!

2/8/25 Car wash didn’t fully clean the outside of my car when I went today. There’s bird crap still on the window, mud, and dark streaks. I paid $19 for a clean car and didn’t receive that service. I don’t expect magic but I have been through plenty of car washes to know this isn’t acceptable. I also have water marks??? On my windshield immediately after the car wash. The vacuums are powerful if you happen to get a lucky one that works.
