I always feel like a superstar when I arrive at the Pink Bird. This place is a top-notch Pink car wash. Ohemgee, Diego is incredible—I wish I could tip him; he truly deserves it. When I pulled up to vacuum my car, he asked if I needed anything. I looked at him and thought... Umm, I’m not that old lol 😆. He even gave Dino (my pup) a treat, added tire shine, and offered air freshener. What more could you ask for? My thoughts are clear: the Pink Bird in West Palm Beach is the best. Josh at pink bird cat wash was very professional and respectful when I mentioned to him that my truck wasnt as clean as hoped. First time trying out this car wash and I have to say it has been the best car wash with the best service on Palm Beach county. Xavier was an Amazing help and explained all the services to us. I think what I like the most is that there are actual employees on-site and readily available. As a member, staff comes around and offers to clean your mats and dry the exterior. If your a BJ member you also get a discount incentive. HIGHLY Recommend this company and the Palm Beach Lakes location.

I usually spend alot of time cleaning my car because it helps eliminate some of the stresses in my life. Im always asked if I need help from the employees there but never took the offer. Today I was dealing with a little bit more in my personal life. Im on the phone with lawyers when Josh asked me if id like for him to clean my mats for my car. About 7 in total. I agreed and he did a phenomenal job with them. In all fairness, you're whole team at the palm beach lakes location are wonderful folks. Please continue to hire employees like Josh. He really makes a difference.

Wow what a great first experience! I saw an ad for a free car here and wanted to check this place out. Josh greeted me when I came in and I got the $28 Full Flamingo Graphene Wash. Cleaned my car good! The place also had vacuums and cleaning supplies which I liked. And the best part was when I was going to clean my floor covers, Zoe, was sweet enough to offer to clean them! Both Zoe and Josh did a great job and I can’t wait to come back! :)

The experience was great, when you drive up the staff is there to help you choose the type of wash you want, they have lots of space to use the free vacuums, they have free rags so you can dry your car, and they even have a mat cleaning machine that cleans your car mat really great. I loved it!! I'm definitely getting a membership next time I go.

Been going to pink bird for two months now. The staff and managers have always been super friendly and helpful. They even were very helpful when I purchased a second car getting it added to my account and getting the discount. Diego has helped me a couple times getting my rubber floor mats cleaned with no question. They always coming back dry and looking spotless and brand new.
