The laundromat closes at 10 but don't get there at 9:15 to DRY your clothes because that's not allowed.

Washers are got the biggest washer is 6.50 dryers sucks takes to much to dry them but other then it's ok I guess and also noticed one dryer had caught fire since last week but that didn't work well anyway

By far the most rudest people. Dirty nobody cleans the place until the end of the day there is trash every where and the guy who comes in at night to clean is by far one of the rudest ppl I have ever met.

Rude!! I felt like I was getting reprimanded by my mama. Last wash is at 8:45 I did a wash at 8: 56. Even tho they close at 10!! Wash took 26 min to complete. I was talked to horrible and was treated as a child! I had one item!! Anybody who needs to go to the laundry mat please go to the one in Salem beside the baseball field!! I will NOT return to this one !!

My dryer went out about 4 weeks ago and I get off late. I arrived at 9:10pm. He could have let me dry 3 loads which would've taken 25 mins tops but I guess he got somewhere to be. He said...."I ain't never seen you here before". I've been there 3 consecutive weeks because last week it looked like he had a little girl there with him. I will no longer patron this business. Who knows when I'm able to get my dryer fixed because of the holidays so blame the the attendant/owner for the loss of business.

Some of the dryers took to long to dry. Otherwise it was a good place. Plenty of different sized washers to fit your needs. Pretty clean, except patrons were leaving used dryer sheets every where when there were trash cans all over.

It was ok. Some of the dryers were burned stained in backs of dryers...Takes quarters to drop in them for drying..used way too many quarters and some stuff was still wet which ends up costing me more to have to pay more to have dry clothes....1 benefit it wasn't crowded...but entire place needed a good cleaning...but dryers stained up several pieces of my things... ...

I've been going to this laundromat off and on between moving back and forth to Roanoke, the bathroom has always been spotless the washers unfortunately always smell of fish or some other type of stank. The dryers rarely dry on the first go-round even after an hour. I always see people in there fixing things so I always go back because I know that they care about their business. I just wish they had a mega washer and dryer for the blankets I need to wash .

Google really should allow for zero stars or negative stars because this particular location is the most disgusting laundromat I have ever seen. The owners have launders in multiple spots in the Roanoke Valley but this one on Peters Creek Road (behind Hardees) is THE worst. The one on Brandon Avenue is "cleaner", however, that's no surprise since it's in a more affluent area of town. Last night I was utterly repulsed at the condition of the Peters Creek Laundromat. The floors were caked with dirt and debris of all kinds including discarded clothing and used dryer sheets. The machines had gunk from previous detergent and fabric softener running down the front and inside of the dispensers. Empty detergent containers, money, socks etc. left on top of the machine and the most revolting thing of them all: dog poop right there in front of a washer. The people in there were walking around it like it's the norm there. I had to run in there to do a quick load of rugs, but I will never (Read: NEVER) return to that location again. In fact, the owner should return the $6.50 I spent on wash for my even having to deal with those conditions. The irony of a Laundromat, where you go to clean, is dingy and dirty. The whole building needs to be thrown in a front loader with an extended rinse. SMH. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤢🤮 I've attached pictures, but they don't do it justice since I was trying to be discreet. Trust, it looked worse than the images reflect.
