I called Pete late in the day because my car wouldn’t start. He asked if I needed him later in the day and I told him no. He was here the next morning and replaced the battery and checked the alternator in short order. Pete was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He also had his dogs with him which is plus in my book! I would use Pete again!

He came out 30 minutes after I called, and replaced my battery in 15 minutes! I am a college student, and I was unsure if it was even my battery, but he diagnosed the problem with my car in 2 minutes and got it fixed immediately. He was very very nice and I will for sure be calling him again with any problems I have with my car in the future!! Highly recommend!!!!

Won’t give me a price for a job they said they would do then did a full 180 in text messages at that for a reason that was never given all I asked was for the price to remove the bolt from my oil pan(a plan suggested by them over phone instead of what I said which was to replace the whole pan) I was happy to do that as it would save money so I said how much would you charge I got oil and a filter and a plug from when it originally broke. Never got a price only kept asking for a budget even when I only wanted the price. I had faith in some honest people but it’s 2025 almost and I have our conversation screenshotted and saved

i believed to have shorted a wire that caused my headlight to not work. called in one day & was told they can look at it but if they had to dig deeper they’d charge me diagnostic fee. not only did they fail to communicate the fact they had to “dig deeper” they claim my fuse box lid didn’t show the correct diagram so they charged me $220 for 2 hours of labor to look up the correct diagram & replace a fuse. this place is an absolute ripoff. they also tried to charge me $435 to replace 1 caliper & would not accept a caliper from me if i were to bring my own. $200 for labor? that’s reasonable. $235 for a caliper? & i can’t bring my own? the same caliper is $50 on rockauto. very unprofessional as well because i tried to resolve the issue & come to an agreement by how unfair the situation was. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE.
