I called around for a while about a specific service on my truck. Forgetting about Pepboys.. was reminded.. so I called them, and they offered a better deal than lots of others. They explained everything thoroughly, very friendly, and professional. Easy payment online, texted me with the diagnostic findings, and with the parts and labor layout. It was there less than a day.
