They are open on Sundays, 9 to 5 on Jordan Lane NW Brandontown Pep Boys #1591, by appointments or walk-in. Best service I've ever had from this type of car service. Paul Gargis and Jon Rodrigues are exceptional desk service and shop men. They advertised 5-star service and that's what I got. Finally, two miles from my home, problem solved, and I will definitely go back.

Don’t recommend, hostile environment, over priced, bad quality work, and scamming especially from the manager. Manager let a friend do a A/C job that wasn’t licensed or works there. That’s a huge no no in this industry, but no repercussions. The tech Jon was good, hopefully he can find a new place to work and that place will have my business.

They damaged our center caps. Been a battle for 6 months to get this fixed. Told us they were ordered , when we followed up we kept getting the run around. We have reached out to corporate all all members of management. Make this right and fix this situation. Give us the refund for the caps and we will order them. We will continue to call until this is resolved.

Ok so my dad and I notice a tire on our GMC the front right tire is low. We are from out of town houston in fact. We were told to go to Pep Boys Auto Service and we came towards close and we were told 4 cars were ahead of us. They told us they would work on it first thing in the morning. This was very important because we were headed back to Houston with some seniors and a 5 year old. Chris, the man in charge, gave us his word and sure enough it was ready when we came to get it. Chris told us the patches had to be ordered and they arrived first thing in the morning. I asked him what we owe and he said this was no charge. We were so grateful and so we wanted to let you know this place is the real deal. They really stand behind their customers and will take care of your tires with honesty, integrity, quality. When I walked outside I looked over and the ghost of Thomas Jefferson was standing outside and winked at me. I gave him a patriotic wave and then a bald eagle landed on my hood and it was obvious what I had to do. I bought an American flag and pole and fit it on our SUV. Ten bald eagles joined his buddy and locked their ten ton talons to our pure American truck made of steel and lifted our SUV up and escorted us out of Alabama. When we landed we had sunny skies and we stopped off 59 south and scooped up some gold nuggets on the side of the road. We couldn’t believe our luck!! Halfway home like a cheetah I went to the gym and ran 18 miles backwards on the treadmill with an 8% incline at 11 mph. We want to say thank you Pep Boys, thank you Chris, thank you Huntsville Alabama for your unwavering hospitality and most of all God Bless Murica!! We will be back to Huntsville with our Patriot friends bringing joy and our golden nugget money to outfit our wagons with Pep Boys Tires! We salute you until then!

Went to my appointment and met KC who works there, 30 minutes later KC sends me to another location and tells me that they are waiting on me. I go to the other location and they tell me they did not know any thing about me and why I was sent there and that If need their service I would need to wait 2 hours to get the car looked at. So KC lied to me and also failed to tell me why he was sending me to the other location. I called KC and inquired about the situation, he did not offer an apology and nor an explanation (Rude). However I insisted and I asked him, he simply said his mechanic was running behind. (Lack of communication). KC tells me to come back tommorrow and he will take me in. We agreed on 11:05 am. I go at 11:00 am and it is almost 12:00 pm when I decided enough was enough and I can fix my car on my own, save the money and no dealing with unprofessional people. My experience has been as following at the site: Lack of professional integrity, lack of communication, lack for responsibility and acountability, lack of respect for customers' time and and schedule set for them by the shop. Went through the reviews by most people and found out that (Lying) is the common complaint, beside all other issues.

Let me tell YOU… I had the BEST experience here at the Galleria PepBoys! I had some issues so I went with the Pelham location first. Well when I left my issues weren’t taken care of and getting progressively worse. I’m from out of state (PA) and driving 13 hours back was a very rough ride home.. with the same issue I’m back here and decided to go to the Galleria Pep Boys and ALIX FIXED my issue! My Jeep hasn’t drove as smooth as it driving now! So THANK YOU GALLERIA PEP BOYS & Alix!
