This place is exactly what the name says. They are really a Pit Stop. Walmart was gonna take 2 to 3 hours for their oil change on my vehicle. These guys did the same 12 point inspection plus the oil change in less than 20 min. This place was well recommended. Good job guys!

Over an hour wait for what normally would've been tops a 20 minute service for a simple oil change ! Aside the oil change, Somehow they managed to accidentally break a cooling system line in my vehicle. As that became an unexpected event, in trying to repair, I had to sit there and witness all kinds of disrespect. Needless to say , the young man that actually broke the car part was sweet and seemed sincere & EXTREMELY worried about my lengthy wait. In his continued efforts working hard to fix my vehicle he was kindly apologetic. Meanwhile , the rest of the team displayed no professionalism whatsoever, including the man that appeared to be the "Manager ". I received a senseless & disgusted look with absolutely no common courtesy, as I tried to voice anything to him ! In addition to the lack of carelessness from their superior , no action would be taking place in controlling the vulgar joking and unwelcoming behavior of foul language from all former employees being absolutely unproductive and disturbing for past the entire hour wait. Completely unacceptable, Never again !

I came in around noon on a Saturday. Virtually no waiting times and I was in and out of their garage within 20 minutes without even having to leave my vehicle! They had the extended courtesy to inform me that I needed a new oil pan and pulley tensioner belt. Keep up the great work!

I went for an oil change and a state inspection on Friday and surprisingly for the amount of people that were there I was in and out fairly quickly. Great service as always! The only hiccup I had was when I got a car wash it didn’t dry my car correctly so I pulled back around and spoke to the manager and he gave me another free car wash and recommended that I center myself in the car wash bay, that will allow the dryer blowers to dry both sides evenly. The second wash my car was dried off nicely! One thing that would be nice if there was someone to hand dry the cars once out of the wash. Other than that the service was great!

My two daughters were asleep in the back of my vehicle, we needed an oil change, we did not want to wake them up, the guys working at this location allowed us to say in our vehicle without having to wake our girls up. The service was fast and the price of the oil was excellent. The reason why today I'm giving this location 5 stars, is because they went above and beyond with their customer service. 👉I was waiting for this one more trip before reviewing. It was always a 5 star experience except for this one. They are quick and efficient. The car wash is pretty good to compared to lot of other similar ones, gives a good clean wash. They also provide a free manual pre wash scrub at times. 😠The gentle man who serviced me for the state inspection seems wasn't having a good day or had a bad lunch... Not sure... Wasn't a happy guy and seems to be impatient and frustrated with me. 🤔🤷‍♂️Well, you guys are in a Service Sector and needs to be able to handle all kinds of customers - any race, color, smart or not, knowledgeable or not... Without any fuss!!! Instead of a 2 star for the recent visit and 4 for all the other visits, I'm giving a 4 star. One guy's attitude ruined it all for the team!

If I can give more than a 5 star rating I would! For my first time going there my experience was great! I was greeted politely and the service was 2nd to none. Even though I spent more money than I planned (I just came in for an oil change) I was very happy with the services performed on my vehicle. For the young man who attended me, I believe his name was Andy, thank you for being so informative and helpful. He explained to me what my vehicle service intervals were and recommended accordingly. The service was fast! I will return again!

I went in for an oil change and an employee greeted me. He was very polite and professional. The customers are not allowed to get off their vehicles, which is great because I had my daughter with me. The wait was minimal and the service was quick. He was even helpful with figuring out what the check engine light was about. Top-notch service at this place. All pros and no cons for me at this place.

Went in for an oil change and had my air filter changed, wiper fluid filled and air on my tires added. All were items I was going to care for due to a trip I have coming up. Didn't realize it how efficient they were until I saw them moving around the car and when I got my receipt. Only got charged for my air filter that they asked about and the oil change. Took less than 20 min! Service was fast and extremely professional topped with friendliness. Highly recommended and they deserve the 5 stars by far!
