They were super helpful and accommodating with my issue. I allowed someone to use my vehicle on a hunting trip and their cooler with new deer meat leaked all in my trunk. It smelled horrible. There is only slightly a smell left, which I expected, but they found other parts of the car that were soaked and cleaned it as well. They gave me great advice on how to continue to air out and clean my car which was a great help. Even when they found the extra blood they did not charge me over what we initially agreed. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be using their services again! Good people and great service!

My husband and I took our SUV in for the number 2 package on Saturday for the first time. The crew did a great job with the interior detailing and exterior wash and wax, the tires were well dressed. We were invited to inspect the vehicle before paying; there were some minor items that were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I've visited Paradise a few times for detailing services and each time they prove they are worth every dollar spent. The pricing is very fair for how much work and effort they put into making your vehicle look great. I've only ever used their detailing services and on one occasion they worked a miracle in my husband's car after he was hit with an attack from food poisoning while driving on the highway. I can't say enough good things. If you need your car cleaned up, they are the folks to visit.

This place is amazing! The owner and Emily are kind and extremely hardworking. Their entire team goes above and beyond to make sure you and your car are well taken care of. They have a sitting area with Wi-Fi while you wait, it and the restroom are very clean. You won’t leave here disappointed, definitely check it out for yourself! Paradise is my go to car wash. Hands down the best HAND WASH in town. I just recently got the 1 step paint correction done due to having my car washed at a different place facility while I was on vacation. If you have a black car you know what happens when proper care isn't taken and you end up with "spider marks" "swirls" on your car which is a sore for all eyes. Alex and his team did an amazing job! My car looks brand new as always and paradise has gained my trust in taking my Mercedes in for washes and other auto care I end up needing.

Just allowed Paradise to detail my 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport for my Jeeps first time. Wow is what I saw when I came to pick it up. Had them shampoo and steam clean interior carpet, clean and shine the interior vinyls, ect. correct exterior paint with a buffer to remove oxidation then buff it out to a shiny new appearance. They cleaned and shined all exterior plastics, wheels, ect. Windows & carpet floor mats were all cleaned to perfection. It was such a pleasant surprise to get a great auto detail experience from honest hard working individuals who actually care about the product they use to turn out some fantastical fine detail work. They have numerous detail options to choose from so it’s easy to pick what’s best for anyones budget. I spent $330 & my Jeep looks just like it rolled off the dealerships new car parking lot. Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 4pm. They all work hard and their management is involved along with monitoring and assisting the detailers. Great job Paradise to restore this customers confidence that honest quality work can be found in San Antonio after having a worthless overpriced underperforming experience from the up selling pretenders at Concours Auto Salon on Babcock. I took pics and will post on available sites. I will be bringing all my other vehicles to Paradise from now on! Thank you Paradise for a job well done with a very deserving company name.

I have been going to this car wash for the last couple of years and have always loved it. It’s not big or fancy, but it is reasonably priced and usually clean and well cared for, and that is what I like. I went on February 3rd, bought some tokens and put 3 of them in to start the car wash in the middle bay. The lights were working and I turned the knob to soap water and the nozzle started spraying. I sprayed the tailgate of my truck and went to go around the drivers side and it shut off. I looked at the control panel and the lights were off. I tried to change the setting and nothing happened. I had to move to another wash bay, buy more tokens and wash my truck. I went to their website and used the contact us link and it let me type everything in and then wouldn’t submit it. I copied and pasted their email from the same site and sent an email only to get the email back stating it was an invalid address. There was a sign that said if you have problems to leave a note on their door, but I am not leaving my info on a door for all to see and I didn’t have anything with me to write on. While I only lost $3, the inability to contact them and the experience will prevent me from returning. I used to live down the road from there and now that I have moved the location is not convenient for me, but I went out of my way to go there because I liked it.

Alex the Shop Manager is super attentive and he has so much experience in this industry, he recommended me just what I needed not more or less. The price very reasonable. I am coming here from now and on, not going to any other place.
